We stayed in a condo at Gulf Shores managed by Bender Vacation Rentals for the week of Thanksgiving. The condo was perfect and Bender was very good with communication and service. We will stay with them again in the future for sure.

I stayed 3 nights and had a wonderful time. The condo was great and had everything I needed. The check in and out process was simple. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful location and easy to feel at home. The fridge ice didn’t taste the best, but we just got a bag of ice cubes. The balcony was to die for and the open land next door made it feel really special

We had a great time at this place. Owner was super nice and responsive. Nice and cozy house. Very quick walk to beach. Great vacay!

This is the best rental location in Gulf Shores. Any unit at Royal Palms that ends with "01" has an unobstructed view of the beach, the Alabama State Park pier, and Lake Shelby! We stayed in this unit in 2022 and were disappointed in the overall condition but decided to give it another try. Definitely a GREAT decision. The current owners have done a wonderful job remodeling. (Our only question was, "Why so many breakable glasses in the cabinets?" It would have been nice to have a few more beach friendly glasses.) The new management company, Bender Realty, was professional, friendly, and easy to contact. We would definitely recommend it to other travelers, as long as you don't reserve it for the times we want it!! You won't be disappointed!

Very nice property, everything worked, home was very clean, close to beach (we walked there at least 3 days). There were 8 in our group and we had a great time.

We had a great time at the beach celebrating my daughter's 40th birthday and escaping the cold weather in Wisconsin. We loved being able to hear the waves and the short walk to the sand. The condo was just as described with everything we needed in the kitchen to prepare our prime rib roast for Thanksgiving. We would definitely stay here again.

Wow! If I could give a place 6 stars I’d do it! The space was beautiful and had everything anyone might need to enjoy some time at the beach. I appreciated the hosts reaching out frequently to check on my and make sure my stay was good. Already planning a trip back!

Every thing was just as it was stated , clean , comfy and cute ! It reminded us of a homey cottage . Easy access to the beach and was on the less crowded end of beach Blvd! Would definitely stay here again!

We had a perfect Thanksgiving at the beach. The weather was absolutely perfect. The condo could have been a little cleaner. The floors were pretty dirty. Bed was comfy. Didnt stop us from having a good time.

We have gone to Gulf shores for over 28 years, this was the first time in 29 years we did not go with kids. This was the perfect size condo for my husband, 2 small dogs and myself. Bender helped us out with some issues to make sure our stay was great!

Originally we had reservations on Marco Island, but because of hurricanes Helene and Milton we had to change plans. We stayed at P102 Island Royal. Beautiful views and quiet beach. Very clean and everyone was polite and accommodating. Only short drives to restaurants, shopping, and anything else you might want to do. The pool was a little small and needed some work on the hot tubs, but we didnt come for that we came for the beach, so we are happy with our stay. The Bender team was extremely helpful and took care of whatever we needed quickly.. We will be back to stay again.

We loved our week in Gulf Shores! Just steps away from white sand and beautiful sunsets!
The internet was not working when we arrived, but the company quickly resolved it. Maintenance was to paint our front door while we were there, but postponed it a couple days so that they wouldn't interrupt our trip.
It was our first time in Gulf Shores and we plan to be back!
