We stayed at the BHive. It was terrific! Cozy, comfortable and beautifully updated. Swing on the porch such a treat. Cant wait to return!!!

Booked this stay for my In-Laws! (Used my profile) this is their feedback from them! My husband’s really liked the stay, super clean and very nice! Easy check in and close to everything! Only thing we could say as a con feed back/maybe add in description is that the pet fee is separate after booking due to condos policy BUT stay was still great! Got thrown off by that pet fee being separate from air bnb after booking but that’s the only thing that was a con. Overall stay was perfect!!!!

We rented Royal Palms unit 705 early October 2024. The unit was very clean and well decorated. We had everything we needed. We called for service on the dishwasher because someone had pulled it out from the cabinet and it wasn’t anchored down anymore. Technician came within a few hours to reattach it. We had no other issues and everything worked great. I liked being next to the public beach because the beach didn’t seem as crowded. When you are near other high rises the beach is more crowded. My husband liked being close to the trail for walking.We plan to stay here again!

Amazing location watched dolphins swim by daily. Easy check in and out exactly has pictured. Great communications kept informed and updated

Everything was great except when we walked around condo our feet would be black on bottom even after we showered. Also the lamp bulb on the night stand closest to the slider door was blown. Also we only had 4 towels in room and I had to wash them after using 2 times. Would have been nice to have more towels. Also the rod that pulls the curtain open and closed was laying on the floor when we got there so we had to manually open and close that curtain. Also it seemed that no matter what temp we sat the a/c system it would only get so cool. 2 night the condo was stuffy and we had to sleep with it warm.

Crystal Towers #1804 did not disappoint! We were a family of four Adults and spent 12 nights in this beautiful condo. The check in process was easy and all communications with Bender Realty prior to check-in was also easy. Condo was super clean and even prettier than the pictures. The views from the balcony are superb! Highly recommend!

Everything was great! Unit in great condition, loved sitting out on the back balcony overlooking the gulf and beach! Can’t wait to come back. PS. Also enjoyed the heated pool!

A great location, right across the street from the beach. Being in standalone house in a sea of condos was nice. The kitchen is incredibly small and not well equipped, so don't expect to be able to cook much. But all in all, a very responsive host -- who allowed a late check out -- and a good stay.

The condo was very comfortable. Both couples slept well on the beds and water pressure in the showers was great. The living room furniture was comfortable and the sliding glass doors on the balcony were a nice addition. The location was wonderful. There was a significant leak in one of the bathrooms which was stopped pretty quickly. Bender was very responsive to the issue.

Fernhill by the Sea was a wonderful Family Vacation home. Plenty of room for 13+ to sleep and hangout. Loved the balconies, porches and boardwalk. It had lots of pots, pans and dishes for our family to cook huge meals. This is our second year staying here and hope to come back again!

We’ve stayed at this condo many times, it’s our favorite. There have rarely been any issues. The unit has been updated in recent years and is better than ever. We have begun to rebook it every year now because it is a great condo right on a beautiful beach, everything we need is nearby and there is no better company to deal with than Bender, they always respond quickly to any needs.

Gulf tower 7C is a great condo. Beautiful views, comfortable bed. Only negative is need new pots and pans and better wuality linens. Furniture is dated as are kitchen appliances. Otherwise love Bender and Gulf Shores.
