We have gone to Gulf shores for over 28 years, this was the first time in 29 years we did not go with kids. This was the perfect size condo for my husband, 2 small dogs and myself. Bender helped us out with some issues to make sure our stay was great!

Originally we had reservations on Marco Island, but because of hurricanes Helene and Milton we had to change plans. We stayed at P102 Island Royal. Beautiful views and quiet beach. Very clean and everyone was polite and accommodating. Only short drives to restaurants, shopping, and anything else you might want to do. The pool was a little small and needed some work on the hot tubs, but we didnt come for that we came for the beach, so we are happy with our stay. The Bender team was extremely helpful and took care of whatever we needed quickly.. We will be back to stay again.

We loved our week in Gulf Shores! Just steps away from white sand and beautiful sunsets!
The internet was not working when we arrived, but the company quickly resolved it. Maintenance was to paint our front door while we were there, but postponed it a couple days so that they wouldn't interrupt our trip.
It was our first time in Gulf Shores and we plan to be back!

Based on the price and a quick review of the pictures, I was actually expecting a very basic stay, but the kitchen and finishes felt very high end and we were really pleasantly surprised at check in! Very clean, great layout, the elevator was amazing, and the beach access was INCREDIBLE (we're used to lots of stairs and long hikes even with beachfront access- this was like walking out into your yard) Loved the 2 pools as well. Awesome spot, worth every penny, wish we could have stayed longer!

Royal Palms is a great place to stay on the Gulf. You're beachfront and street noise is non existent. Has an indoor pool and elevators. The unit was clean and a well stocked kitchen. Each bedroom has it's own bath plus a half bath. Very pleasant!
