We were very happy with the bedrooms, comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms. The kitchen and living room fit what we were looking for. We were extremely pleased with the accommodations.

Great condo: well stocked, clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. Loved being on the second floor with beautiful view. Quieter side of Gulf Shores which was very much appreciated. Very easy to get anywhere.

We have stayed in several units at Royal Palms (all of which have been wonderful) but this unit was the best of all! Everything is just as described and pictured, and the views of the beach from the beach facing balcony to the side wrap around were the greatest. The unit itself was spacious and well organized. We felt right at home the minute we walked down the long hallway to the living room. Absolutely wonderful!!!

We had a great trip!! The staff at Bender were very friendly and helpful. The condo is in a great location. Steps away from a beautiful beach. The place was nice and clean and well equipped. We enjoyed many hours relaxing on the balcony and walking along the beach. We hope to return yearly.

Great stay! We love this condo for the enclosed or open balcony overlooking the Gulf. Well stocked kitchen if you want to cook and easy access to restaurants if you don’t. 2 king beds are a plus. Bender is very helpful.

Love this part of the beach. Dolphins can be seen in the morning or evening. A quiet location with a relaxing view. Would love to come back. The layout of the condo was perfect for our group.

Overall our 28 day stay was enjoyable, beautiful, and relaxing. However, when we first arrived the elevator malfunctioned and we had to use the stairs. It was soon fixed however. The office staff is very helpful with any question or request. Places to eat are bountiful and the beach can't be any closer. Lot of good neighbors.

We left Iowa ahead of the snow and extreme cold to the warmth and beaches of Gulf Shore, AL. Through Bender Realty we were able to rent a lovely and comfortable condo in Royal Palms 503. We had a small problem with the ice maker in the refrigerator but one call to Bender Realty had it resolved immediately. Al of their representatives were courteous and helpful. It was a most enjoyable stay and a great way to celebrate sixty five of marriage.

It was an interesting 2 months. From sun to over 7in of snow! Had a few issues with the condo, but with a call to Benders they had gotten resolved quickly.

Such a beautiful home with all the amenities…with a spectacular view…. right on the beach. Lots of room to spread out. You do need to jump in the car every time you want to visit a restaurant or bar. Nothing is within walking distance If you don’t mind that, this place is perfect

Gulf Shores has some of the best beaches on the planet and we had a perfect view from our balcony at Edgewater. Our condo was clean, well appointed, and comfortable. Before we arrived we wondered how an enclosed balcony would be and in our minds it turned out to be a plus. On cooler days and nights we could close the outside doors while still sitting on the balcony enjoying the wonderful views. We would highly recommend this property.

We have been coming to the Sandpiper since we retired 11 years ago. We have been stayed in 6-C for 10 years and love what it has to offer. The condo is maintained very nicely and the view of the water is so mesmerizing. The deck area is sheltered from the weather and you get afternoon sun.

Winter here at this condo is always great.. owners always doing updates and it is always appreciated. Both mattresses might need turned, getting a little divot in each sleeping spot.

We have stayed in Bender Realty Sea Breeze units for 2 years in a row and booked our third year here. Unit 105 had a walk in shower which was great. Unit 117 had a view of the beach. The furniture was very nice and the unit was clean. This condo complex was in a great location and close to some great restaurants. Management was very easy to work with and took care of any issues promptly and they were very friendly. We would recommend this property to family and friends.

We head to the gulf coast twice a year and this was by far the most spacious and perfect rental the 6 of us have ever stayed in. It was clean and had everything we needed. Location was close to many great restaurants and shops.
