We have been stayed in 6-C for 10 years and love what it has to offer. The condo is maintained very nicely and the view of the water is so mesmerizing. The deck area is sheltered from the weather and you get afternoon sun.

Unit 105 had a walk in shower which was great. Unit 117 had a view of the beach. The furniture was very nice and the unit was clean. This condo complex was in a great location and close to some great restaurants. Management was very easy to work with and took care of any issues promptly and they were very friendly. We would recommend this property to family and friends.

Gul Shores has some of the best beaches on the planet and this property offers a front row seat. The views from the balcony are amazing. The condo was clean, well appointed, and comfortable. Highly recommended.

We head to the gulf coast twice a year and this was by far the most spacious and perfect rental the 6 of us have ever stayed in. It was clean and had everything we needed. Location was close to many great restaurants and shops.

This property had a great view and amazing furniture that made it such a lovely home away from home.

I took my 3 kids (16,11,2) for a "get out of the cold" vacation. We stayed for 4 nights between Christmas through New Years & were pleasantly surprised by the weather. The best thing about this cute little condo for us was the location. We loved having easy access to the pier and the low crowds due to the state park made it very peaceful. No obstructed views here & that part was lovely. The indoor pool and hot tub (VERY hot and almost unable to get in it) made a nice addition to our wind down routine each night. The layout worked perfectly for us as well. I feel like the kitchen could have had a few more basics available (like a salt shaker and a few coffee filters) mainly for that first day. We didn't overly pack for this trip like most, but I would have loved to have had the ability to make a pot of coffee that first morning before running to the store. I'm not sure I have ever stayed somewhere that didn't have at least the few basic items, but we made due. We expected the unit to be a bit dated due to the pictures, so that part didn't bother us. The beds were very comfy and the shower/water pressure was a plus for the girls :) It could use a good deep clean to target the tile and floors/corners, but again that is something that is to be expected for an older unit. Overall, we would stay here again for a quick getaway! The property manager was wonderful and texted to always make sure we were ok and provided helpful tips for checking and check out, but didn't blow us up :) The trip was simple, stress free, and easily coordinated- so we couldn't ask for much more than that!

We stayed at a lovely cottage style home on the lagoon with beautiful views , and a few short blocks to the beach public accesses either direction. Close to everything yet quiet. The modest accommodations were comfortable , tastefully decoated, well stocked with more than essentials and pet friendly. Bender staff was pleasantly communicative , timely and great to respond to our request for an additional night stay.

This is our third time using them. We always have a great experience. Our room was so beautiful lots of colors so clean our view was wonderful from our back balcony. We were right on the beach. There’s nothing in the whole world like viewing the ocean from the time you wake up until the time you go to bed, and sometimes even in the middle of the night our granddaughters played furiously in the ocean and on the beach and in the pool and the hot tub. We will be using Bender Realty again because they are always so wonderful to us even when as far as to give us an extra day for a discounted price for which we were so happy to get but because we are from the state of Indiana and we had a huge snowstorm coming in. We ended up having to leave at midnight on Saturday evening so that we could beat the storm when we came home which we did accomplish, but by the skin of our teeth, can’t wait to see you again...

Love the corner balcony, provides great views of the Gulf and beach. Kitchen well stocked, Festa ware abounds, with plenty of room for the 4 of us. Every bedroom has a bathroom, so convenient.

Great location. We loved the enclosed patio area so that we could let in as much or as little of the breeze/sounds during our stay. Overall great condo. Our only complaint was that we had to pay an additional 80 to park our extra car. Meanwhile our friends in the same building, under a different management company received two free parking passes.

We loved this place for the view of the Gulf, beach, and winter sunsets (and sunrises!). The pool, sauna, steam room, and gym were much appreciated as well.
There's not much else in the immediate area, so having a car is a must.
Also, the elevators smelled wonderful. :)

My husband & I just wanted a relaxing lazy get-away and we got what we needed. The balcony was great to be able to sit out on no matter what the weather was. There is no washer/dryer or dish washer which was fine since we ate out and didn't want the extra work this trip. The only thing we used the kitchen for was our morning coffee. :p

This place was perfect for our family of 5 to spend a week with no schedules to meet!

The house was perfect for our family and the ease of access to the beach was so convenient. We got to watch dolphins from our porch! Jist don't forget to bring extra toilet paper, paper towels, etc. Overall, we had an amazing time!

As described. House was great. Only negatives are pool heater was broken so we couldn’t use the pool, and there should be better instructions on how to use the elevator.

The view was spectacular! Basically on top of the water. Love the sliding glass doors on the balcony for the cool rainy weather. Condo was well furnished and clean. Will stay here again in the future.

Enjoyed the stay. Host was responsive in communication and very friendly. Made our Christmas vacation memorable, who knows may make a new tradition out of it.
