As always, we enjoyed our stay at Gulf Tower! The owner was very accommodating. We asked for a new mattress and a couple of days later, a new mattress was delivered. A few updates had been made, such as painting, a new patio set for the balcony. Some decluttering had also been done, giving the condo a much neater look. We have rebooked for Jan. and Feb. 2026!

Amazing space! Beautiful scenery! We felt right at home at Sunset Place! Had all the amenities of home and we absolutely loved the extremely short walk out the door to the beach. Close to everything but far enough away that you don’t hear the hustle and bustle of the traffic. Will definitely stay here again!

My son and I stayed for spring break and we really enjoyed the location! Just a walk across the parking to the beach and close enough to walk to restaurants and shops. We have stayed multiple times in Gulf Shores and this was our favorite location wise!

The location is really nicely convenient to the Hangout and main drag but far enough away to be quiet. The layout is nice but needs a few updates to be top notch.

The ease of this trip started at the very beginning with our initial interaction with Bender. They were easy to communicate with, answer questions and get additional feedback from the owners. As for the rental, while an older unit, the 'Hive has been kept in very good condition and was clean upon our arrival. Everything one would need for a home away from home was provided except for the food. The view of the beach/gulf from the front porch was very relaxing and you are close enough to the water that you could hear the surf every night. While this was during spring break season, the area was not near as rowdy as one would expect and perfect for the family. I can't thank the owners enough to allow our pets to come along, as they enjoyed themselves as well. We will definitely look to Bender for planning our next trip to the beach.

We have visited Gulf Shores many times over the years and the Sandpiper is now at the top of the list for accommodations! Great spot on the beach, easy to find, nicely kept building, landscaping and pool area. Our kids especially loved the heated pool! We had a lovely, relaxing spring break. We will definitely return!

Everything was just like pictures showed, we arrived a couple hours earlier than check in when we called they made sure everything was cleaned and ready and were able to get us the code within 15 minutes. Beach access is right across the street, convenience store/restaurant/ice cream shop across the street. Great place to stay!

This our second time staying in Sandpiper. We love it. The beach is easy to access. The property is clean and the staff is super friendly. The condo itself has everything you need to enjoy your stay. I would definitely recommend Sandpiper to friends and family!

We have no complaints about our stay at SummerChase 602. The condo is absolutely beautiful. Decorated so beachy and comfortably. The kitchen is well stocked with both a drip coffee maker and a Keurig. The master bedroom has large window and glass door so that you are surrounded by beach. It is ocean front so you can see the entire beach.There is a walkway that takes you to the white sand. This walkway was very helpful for me (84 years).The front desk people and night security man were so friendly and helpful. We loved it so much we extended our stay!We were there during Mardi Gras and experienced it from our back balcony.

You simply cannot beat the location of this property. It opens up beautifully to views of the beach / ocean. No need to cross any street to access the beach, just take the elevator down and walk out. I could see my kids playing on the shore while I sipped coffee on the balcony. It worked perfectly for our family vacation and we will come again!

Lovely location steps from the beach. Can watch the sun rise from inside the unit! This year we saw dolphins from the deck and even got a glimpse of the teo whales in the vicinity! The unit is comfortable and well appointed. We appreciated having a deadbolt on the door. Had an issue with the washer and it was resolved very efficiently. We love the location, the exterior is well maintaned and tidy, we received excellent customer service. We have recommended this property to others and are returnig next year. Great location for a stroll along the beach or a walk on the walking trail a block away. We enjoyed our time at the Sandpiper!

Place looked exactly like the pictures & the beach was walking distance which was a plus since we have little kids. Great communication from the host! Definitely recommend.
