This condo was the perfect kid friendly option for our family of 5. The pool was perfect for our younger kids and we were just steps from the beach. Bender was very quick to respond if we had any questions or needed anything during our stay!

The property was very clean and easy to maintain during our stay with easy to clean wood floors. I stayed with my two college age sons (who are VERY tall). The twin size beds in the second bedroom were a little short for them. The family room was comfortable and the television options were appreciated. The bathrooms were very clean and the kitchen had all newer dishware in a cute nautical theme. Has a regular coffee pot, not a Keurig. That is not a problem, just so you know when shopping for your coffee! The ice maker worked great. Getting in with a door code was a breeze and it was great to not have to worry about taking keys down to the beach. I would definitely stay here again.

Our host was very helpful and quick to respond. The location was perfect for us our vacation/baseball trip! We were close to everything (ballparks, restaurants, shopping, groceries, etc.). The area was not overly crowded and the condo was just steps away from the beach. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again in the future!

Perfect place to stay, easy walk to the beach. The kids loved the pool. Our room was everything it had said to be. We had a great family vacation!

The property was very clean and well maintained. Check in was easy. The condo was within walking distance of shopping and various restaurants. The beach and pool areas was great. Traffic was minimal. Parking and beach chairs were extra and not sure if that was pointed out in the price of the condo. We would recommend staying here to our family and friends!

We had an issue with the dryer, they send someone out right away and got it fixed. Anytime we had questions they were fast to respond and were extremely friendly with me and all my questions. The house was perfect sized for my family.

Really everything was nice, would stay there again. There was not a lot of road noice, beach was beautiful and just a short walk to get there from the room, all in all was great Can't say there was anything I didn't like, well the parking pass for someone else bringing their car was a little over priced, outside of that I can't think of anything else to add to that.

Only complaint was it wasn't the cleanest. Sand already on the floor before we left for the beach, and as soon as we turned down the comforter we saw a long hair. It was fine for our quick trip, but definitely not on the luxurious end.

This was my first time booking with Bender, I will definitely book with them again in the future. They were responsive and friendly. Our unit was missing a blanket for the pullout couch bed. They had someone deliver one to our door the very next day. The unit was described, and stocked with necessary items you would need for your stay. Our family liked that it was a smaller unit and quieter. The pool was nice and the beach was literally steps away. There was always plenty of parking and typically no wait for the elevator. Will definitely book this unit again in the future. There were restaurants within walking distance, grocery stores and other things to do were within a short 5 to 10 minute drive. Overall, the location was great!

I am very pleased with my stay at this condo it literally had everything I needed for my vacation dishes, pots utensils, cable, washer and dryer and appliances loved the view and loved the communication
