We loved this house as it was right on the beach, had gorgeous views and 4 of the rooms were beachfront. Each room had something unique to offer and it was nice having our own beautiful space but also a nice large family area. It was well stocked with what we needed for our baby and the kitchen was large and had every appliance we needed. Would recommend!!

Condo was clean and nice, we will be staying again next year. My only complaints would be the beds, especially the king bed were hard as a rock and the sheets seemed old and rough. The towels were also old, thin, small and really rough. You will also need to bring your own trash bags, paper towels, laundry soap, dish soap, and possibly dishwasher detergent.

Our stay at Sandpiper was again a most pleasant experience. It is a nice quiet and peaceful place right here on the beach. Friendly and fun-loving neighbors that form a wonderful community of senior adults! We love Sandpiper!

The unit was clean and well stocked with cookware and utensils. It was great to wake up and be able to hear the waves crash on the shore. The host were very responsive and helpful when needed. It worked well for the long weekend trip for my wife, daughter and me.

We loved the Sea Breeze 307!! Had everything we needed for a week away! Easy awesome beach access across the street was perfect! Pool was clean and nice! Would stay again!

We loved the condo, location and the hosts. They were very attentive and helpful. We really only needed them once for the ac not operating well and they quickly had it fixed while we were out enjoying the beach.
We are already looking at availability for next year to book the same place!

Bender Realty staff delivers great customer service and are professionals in providing a stress-free vacation rental experience. 1403 Royal Palms was a delight to spend several days enjoying the views and relaxing. The condo is well appointed, comfortable, and one of the cleanest I've stayed in.

This is our preferred place to stay when we visit the Gulf coast!! It’s quiet, not crowded, convenient to our favorite eating places, and just steps away from the water!! Plus the condo is beautifully decorated!!! Wish we could stay longer each time we visit!!

Easy check-in. Office 1 minute from condo to pick up parking pass. Bender did a great job communicating check in and check out information. All staff friendly and helpful.
Condo was perfect for our family stay of 6. It was clean and bright. It was stocked with plenty of towels and the kitchen had everything we needed. It is in good location with nice wide beach area and close to shops and restaurants. Shop across street to grab some essentials or short drive to grocery store.

We had a wonderful getaway from the cold weather in Michigan. We enjoyed everything about the condo. It was very clean and a great location. The only downfall would be the quality of the bed. Everything else was perfect.

Clean condo that met all of our needs. It was nice to be able to check the beach to see what our group was doing when we had to run back inside for something. Close to shops, groceries, restaurants and easy to get in and out of. The property itself could use some updating, but I would still recommend it to a friend. The desk staff was very helpful and accommodating during the reservation and checkin process.

Bender Vacation Rentals does a great job of providing direct and immediate service. The communication through our process of renting, checking in, requesting additional services, and checking out were handled quickly and in a friendly manner. Our stay was in Tropical Winds 104. Great condo location on the beach with a pool and easy walking distance to coffee, convenience, and light breakfast in the morning. Solid value for the price.

We had a great week. The place is very clean and well maintained. We have stayed here before and love the location. Bender was helpful when there were issues with a large group of drunk adults with kids who were constantly running and screaming at all hours of the day and night. Aside from this group being a thorn in the side of most of the guests the whole week we had a great experience.

We loved 1B! I want to reply to some of the negative reviews: we went to spend time on the beach, not the condo. It was well equipped with everything we needed. It was very clean when we arrived, but then we don’t look to find things wrong either. The hot water and tubs not draining- the amount of water that came out of the shower heads was crazy strong! The tubs drain could not possibly keep up with that amount of water, which is why they don’t drain properly. This is also the reason hot water ran out quickly. We adjusted the water temp so that it would last longer. Bender’s were very nice and responsive if we needed anything also. We would definitely stay there again!

We had a great week! The condo was in an awesome location for our family. We enjoyed being able to have the door open and hear the ocean, and getting to the condo was a breeze. Awesome amenities, a really great place to stay!! Will definitely be back!

The condo was completely spotless! Maintenance was perfect. We loved sitting on the balcony enjoying the ocean in the mornings and evenings during our stay. The kitchen made it fun to do some of our own cooking together. The living room was perfect for relaxing and it was a nice surprise to also have a full selection of tv channels. The king size bed was great, and so comfortable because of the memory foam mattress topper Could be the days of sand and sunshine, but I think that bed made it easy to get a good night’s sleep. We would love to come back someday! Thanks for sharing your lovely place as a rental!
