Staff were pleasant. Location was good. The condo was nice. Decor was nice as well. It is in need of some updates - furniture has seen better days, tile is older, but for our purposes it was fine.

We came for the NCAA beach volleyball championships - so needed a place close to the main beach and courts - we also needed two beds two bathrooms and a comfy place to hang out between games! This was the perfect location - quiet - right on the gorgeous beach - as well as a beach front pool - but the condo itself was absolutely darling and perfectly clean! Everything felt brand new - the decor was beachy and cute, two rooms with comfy king size beds and their own bathrooms - which were updated with fun tile and design! They had beach chairs - umbrellas - charging stations an extra blankets - when we got there the AC was on which was refreshing coming off a humid hot volleyball court :). We were able to cook our own meals - had every thing we needed to prepare meals which was awesome. We had constant communication from property and couldn’t have asked for anything more! We are hotel people but I’ve changed my mind after this stay. I felt like I was in my own beach house - it was so gorgeous inside. I will also say - from the outside of the condo - I wasn’t expecting it to be so pretty and remodeled on the inside! It all felt brand new!

Master room with balcony door, the door needs replacing the weather stripping was poorly attached and door very hard to shut and stay locked as the deadbolt won’t work. Also the condo definitely needs to be upgraded it’s been exactly same carpeting and mattresses

We loved the place and it was perfect for us. Unfortunately the prices keep going up and we’re not sure how long we can keep renting with finding another couple to come down with us.

Clearwater 4C value exceeded what we paid. Most other 1BR units in area were significantly higher. Very clean and everything worked great. Unit was pretty and decorated nicely. Relaxing to be in. The recliner chair was good touch. Nothing tore up. Shower/tub is a little skinny. Nice hot water. Good views of beach/Gulf. Washer and dryer are great and very handy. Washer is noisy, just throw your load in while out. We don't walk, but food and entertainment were close. There are no ceiling fans so you may want to bring a fan. Bender Rentals was great to work with made things very easy on their part. Very good unit and I would rent again.

Great place to stay. We are already talking about planning our trip for next year! The condo was right on the beach. Easy to get to. Only issue we had was the bed sheets had hair on them.

This was our second time staying at Royal Palms unit 503. The condo is great. Love the instant access to the beach. This property is the last one as you're heading out of Gulf Shores towards Orange Beach. This location makes for a quiet almost secluded location. We've not had any issues with the condo and communication with Bender is perfect! I highly recommend using Bender Vacation Rentals for your vacation plans. Actually, i gave their information to 3 different couples while we were there this time!

BHive will see me again! It was only a few miles from all the restaurants and shops and right across the street from the beach. You can't see the sand but you can see the water and hear the waves! The porch is perfect to sit on all day and night (which we did!). BHive fit 3 people very comfortably and we could've easily had more guests! The inside is so roomy and cozy. The hosts were super responsive and so accommodating! 10/10 recommend!

We had such a great time its right on the beach . Pet friendly building with responsible pet owners .Bender has great communication from beginning to end . We will be back ! The condo was clean with comfy beds and indoor /outdoor pools . We also used the grill outside and the kitchen was easy to work in for family dinners . Great time ! Recommend Bender Vacation Rentals !

We have rented through Bender for several years now, a couple of different properties/condos (some I prefer over others; I know that Bender does not manage the property complex though so any complaints I might have about the complex and its policies, I won't include). Bender has always been accommodating, allowing early check in when available, which I appreciate and always responsive to any concerns. I will continue to book thru Bender.

The Life’s a Beach house and Bender Realty were amazing! This was a family vacation with eleven adults and two toddlers…plenty of space, bedrooms, and bathrooms for all! Such a peaceful location down on the west side of Gulf Shores. I would highly recommend this house and anything else available through Bender Realty!! Can’t wait to go again!!!!

We had the best time it’s right on the beach . Animal friendly building which we loved ! Bender Vacations always responds absolute wonderful communication. The condo was nice the beds comfy . They have indoor and outdoor pools also we used the grill . Great trip ! Vacarkons

Loved this condo! Great location! We enjoy sitting on the balcony, and this unit had comfortable patio furniture and a great view. Kitchen was well stocked. Loved that the bar area has an ice-maker and blender. We’re definitely coming back!

My mother and I had such an amazing time here. Condo was exactly as the pictures showed. The hosts have done a great place making it comfortable and also having everything that was needed. Beds were nice. The place was clean. We were very pleased with our stay and hope to visit again! SO convenient to be right on the beach. Pool was nice. The balcony feels so private. Nice and large that it almost feels like a stand alone home vs. a condo. It was fantastic!

We had a great stay at our condo. The place had everything we needed with more than enough room for our family. We loved the easy access to the pool, beach and shower and bathrooms all downstairs! Parking was easy and close to our elevator and room. We loved dolphin watching from the big windows when we needed a beach break, and also using the balcony space to hang out when the kids went to sleep earlier. Thank you for a great stay.

Beautiful condo, it had everything we needed that we didn't realize we needed. The property manager kept in touch with us to see if we needed anything. It was a amazing trip, would definitely come back. Easy access to the beach in walking distance. Great restaurants around for all types of appetites. Even for the picky eater like me!! So if you want a nice cozy condo, quite and still a beautiful view check out The Village 13-D. You will love it. And also get your cardio in.
