We actually came for the sand in my boots festival, and this condo was perfect! Great location, and could walk to everything! Bender was very communicative, and proactive with instructions. Even let us know it was ready early. We would definitely stay again!

This was an amazing place. Considering the time we went and how close it was to the beach, you couldn’t beat the price. We will be booking again next year!

Due to the festival, the prices were way higher than they should have been. The place is outdated and the furniture needs to be replaced.

great location - 15-20 min walk to hangout, pier and other amenities
gated, secure, quiet
unit was updated and clean, had all kitchen amenities except a Keurig for coffee (reg coffee pot only)
plenty of towels/sheets/pillows/blankets
new mattress on sofa bed
***twin bunk beds are def kid sized - anyone even close to 6' will not be able to stretch out
beach chairs, some beach toys in unit
stop at Walmart (which is very close) for paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, salt/pepper etc - no condiments at all in unit for cooking. There is 1 roll of TP in each bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels in kitchen, and 1 trash bag in each can - No extras
Unit is relatively small - More than 4 adults may be a squeeze

The facility is great! Nice pool area and right on the beach. The unit was clean and up to date. Location is not walkable to a lot of restaurants, but really nice to be in a quieter area. Overall thumbs up!

Really, really great condo right on the beach with easy access and a pool! We got great weather and were able to walk to restaurants. There was a fully stocked kitchen and plenty of towels but I thought it was weird there was no coffee for the coffee maker so make sure you bring some for your first morning.

Beautiful condo, couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Kitchen was stocked, could easily make a meal. The view from balcony is 10/10. Highly recommend!

Right on the beach! Great, spacious balcony with wonderful views. Condo was older but very clean and had everything we needed. Master bedroom had the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on in a rental!

Came for Sand in my Boots Music festival. About a mile away great view of the Gulf. Easy access to everything we needed within walking and driving distance. Property management is great to work with and easy to get a hold of. Will definitely be rebooking.

5/5 starsI booked this condo because of its proximity to the beach, pet-friendly accommodations, and cost. Overall it was a great experience! You cannot beat the beach views from the balcony which may have been the best part for us. Getting to the beach could not have been easier. All we had to do was go downstairs and boom, access to the beach. We also enjoyed the pool and sauna. Really the only complaint may have been the outdated & small “gym.” We pre-booked for next year and can’t wait to enjoy this property again.

Yellowbird Too was an amazing property. My Dad can not do stairs and the elevator wasa life saver. Every room was very private and everyone had their own space. Loved the stairs and seating in the pool. I would recommend this property.

This was our first experience with Bender Realty and I have to say it has been the best with any company so far. They were easy to reach, handled everything in a professional manner, were super nice and supportive. My husband is handicapped and the accommodations were great even tho we did not request anything additional. There were 6 of us and the size was perfect.The kitchen was WELL stocked, the best I've seen. We didn't have to bring anything. We will be back.

AS usual the stay at Clearwater 6D was another great experience. Everything in 6D was clean as a pin. A couple of things I'd like to mention is that the WiFi password on the green info paper was not correct. The correct Password is on the info paper attached to the refrigerator. Also someone had removed the control knob on the oven and replaced it in the wrong position causing the oven to operate at a different temperature than indicated. other than that the stay was wonderful and we will be back.

This was the perfect place for a family vacation! We stayed for 6 days and really enjoyed this place! The view from the balcony is perfect and not as obstructed by the trees as the pictures show. Had a very clear view of the ocean. The condo was very clean and well stocked. The only problem we encountered was the balcony door not locking but bender realty (the owners) is right across the street and very helpful. Someone was sent out that day to fix it. Also worth adding, the water is extremely close to the condo. My mother has bad knees and the water being so close was a relief for her. The bridge over the dunes is very short and it’s only a few steps from there to the water. The balcony is spacious and the sounds of the ocean are loud and clear. I’ve stayed at many condos up and down the coast and this was one of the most peaceful relaxing stays I’ve ever had. 10/10 recommend. And much thanks to Bender Realty for being so helpful and responsive the entire stay.

Our stay at Life’s a Beach in Gulf Shores, booked through the exceptional Bender Realty Team, was truly delightful. From the friendly and efficient staff who promptly answered all our questions, to the remarkable property itself, everything exceeded expectations. The high-quality online photos, while accurate, didn't fully capture how wonderful the home truly is. We especially enjoyed the breathtaking views from the multilevel deck, which became our favorite spot for evening moon gazing. The elevator was an unexpected but incredibly useful amenity for managing luggage and groceries. Furthermore, the spacious and well-appointed bedrooms, each with firm mattresses, ample pillows, and private baths, ensured everyone's comfort. We also appreciated that almost every bedroom had access to one of the two decks. The impressive first-floor amenities, including lounging areas, game tables, a convenient half bath, and two full-size refrigerators, added another layer of convenience, especially with the ability to secure our beach gear. The home was impeccably clean and perfectly prepared for our 7-night vacation.

The location is amazing and the view is gorgeous.
The mattress was a little uncomfortable. There is a slop I to the middle and was a bit hard on my back.

We stayed hear with our adult kids in there 20’s. Condo was exactly as advertised. Very spacious with comfortable furnishings and well decorated. Perfect location- close to shopping, restaurants and night life. Pool was nice and the beach doesn’t get any better than that!

The entire experience was great. The communication was excellent from the time of booking until the day we left to head back home. We stayed at Surf Side Shores and the unit was immaculate and very comfortable. Very clean, wonderful beachside views. We will definitely be booking through Bender again in the future!

Awesome property right next to the beach. Perfect for what we needed. Hosts were very responsive and even let us know when the place was ready hours before actual check in time. Would love to stay here again.
