Checking in was very easy and the staff was great. We did have a mold issue with this property and the floors were very dirty. When I took my shoes off for an hour the bottom of my feet were black from walking around the unit. When I noticed the mold we were upgraded to another unit and the staff made everything right. My only issue was I was alone with 2 children so it was very difficult to pack everything up to move to another unit but the new unit was beautiful so I can’t complain. I believe maintenance will address the mold issue with the unit and hopefully clean the carpets too as they could really use a deep cleaning.

We specifically picked this unit because it was on the beach and it was perfect! It was close to restaurants and shops and other activities although we spent most of the time on the beach.

Bender made my families trip to Gulf Shores smooth and easy. They accommodated our every request and were easy to communicate with. They provided us with text to keep us updated on the entire vacation. Will definitely use this service again while vacationing!!!

The location is exactly like the pictures, which is to say beautiful! I got there late, not their fault, but I had to get a welcome packet instead of talking to a person so I didn't get things like a pool code or wifi instructions. Luckily the staff were the best communicators I have ever had on an AirBnB.
Seriously these people were super on top of it. I don't think a minute went by between my message and their response. Top notch service.
Read the full description as you gotta bring stuff like toilet paper but really that shouldn't deter you. The place is in a great location.
Only negative was our fitted sheet was kinda dirty and sandy in one of the bedrooms when we arrived but that was an easy fix that we took care of ourselves.
The other patrons were super friendly and the beach was wonderful. It was a very quiet and peaceful spot. Super nice accommodations.

We had a great stay at the Bhive. The front porch lights didn't work, and they need to add some flipper spatulas in the kitchen. Dishwasher and stove were a bit outdated but served their purposes. They only supplied (2) rolls of toilet paper and that's not enough for (4) adults staying for (10) days. We would definitely come back and stay at the Bhive. Great place to relax.

Condo was clean and ready a little early! Only issue was the main room tv remote would not work, so we did not have use of that tv the entire stay! I did call upon arrival but no one came to fix it.

Really good location. You are right across the street from the beach, even closer than I thought based off the maps. Also they were very fast to answer any questions I had. I would definitely stay again.

My family absolutely loved this house. The location was great. The house was clean and had lots of room. If we go back to Gulf Shores next year we will be staying at this house. This house gets a 10 out of 10 from us.

Everything was wonderful at the condo we had a great stay.The beach was right there, so convenient. The condo had everything you needed.We were informed the washer was not working the day after we got there.They tried to fix but did not get it. They offered a laundry service for us thank goodness.They were so nice and easy to work with at Bender making the reservation etc.Great trip!😊

This was the 2nd time I have Booked with Bender Reality. I will have to say as always their service is above and beyond expectations. Story Goes! I call them, tell them what I want. Where I would like it to be. What days. And how much I would not like to exceed. And with Southern Hospitality. They send me a text with pictures. Confirm the place for me. Take my payment. We loved our stay. Awesome location. Very convenient. Only request would be give each party at least 2 key fobs to enter/leave property to and from beach. Only having one was hard. Especially with small children and people wanting to go down to the beach at separate times. Other than that absolutely no complaints.

Was a pleasant stay with minor issues regarding the air conditioner (fixed next day with no problem) and dryer not timing out (problem reported and scheduled to be fixed day of departure). 2nd year staying at this unit and would stay here again.

My kids and I had a great time! The beach was easily accessible, and the pool area was accommodating. The best part was the views! The location is great, away from the heavy traffic, but close enough to get to everything quickly. The unit was clean and well-maintained. The only complaints that we had were the comfort of the beds, including the pull-out couch. Also, from the south bedroom, you can hear all of the noise from below.

Bender (management company) was great, communicative and helpful. The condo was very clean, tidy and the views were incredible! It could use some minor upgrades but again...those views! It was nice being beach front, having a washer/dryer, sipping on coffee on the balcony and having private master bedroom for my wife and I while my kids had their own. I would suggest an upgrade to the TV in the living room and a few small kitchen items like cutting boards, bottle opener and mixing bowls. Really no major complaints though, would book again.
