Enjoyed every part of the stay. Beach access was great, condo was clean and nice. We have stayed here at Sandpiper for many years and have enjoyed it. I have stayed in 15C for the past two years on Labor Day weekend. Would definitely recommend it.

We were happy with our unit. It was clean. I was not totally comfortable in the bed. Fitted sheet continually came off as it appeared too small.

We wanted a place that was on the beach and not a high-rise. This fit the bill! Loved being so close. The staff was responsive and great.

Very nice girl's trip. Loved the glassed in balcony. That's where we spent much of our time. Good location. Would stay there again.

Perfect for a week away. This unit was comfortable, clean and convenient to all the Gulf Shores fun. The balcony view was just what we wanted…such a pretty location, and we saw dolphins taking their morning swim. The beach chairs in the closet were also a nice surprise. The folks at Bender Realty were easy to work with and had good communication. We had a great vacation week here!

The placement of 8C at the Sandpiper can't be beat! On the top floor and facing the water, with its own private balcony (absolutely loved the glider and Adirondack chairs for morning coffee and sunset viewing) as well! The large windows facing the water in the main living space is such a great feature. Loved the large, comfy sectional in the living room and all the kitchen amenities/utensils offered. There is a Keurig and every dish/pan we could have ever needed. My party consisted of 2 older adults, two younger adults, and a toddler. All of us slept very well, and the toddler loved the bunk with the ladder to climb up! There was plenty of storage/dresser/closet space and the unit was very clean. We had zero issues during our stay, and loved the sense of community that this complex offers. There's nothing like it! We all made friends at the shared pool and loved having everything just steps away from the front door. I would also like to mention that Bender was very accommodating to us, as we arrived late and also needed to have something delivered to us while vacationing. They made our week run smoothly and were very pleasant to deal with.

We stayed in 417 back in 2019. We came back because of the ease of access & location. We did visit the Gulf village pier on the bay and was surprised to find a nice fishing spot.
Condo 416 has amazing views from every room and was comfortable fpr 5 adults. We will retirn.

This condo is situated next to the Gulfshore’s State Park and 1/2 mile from the pier. This is the best part. We stayed end of August so no crowds and thankfully good weather. The unit we stayed in was very small but good for 2 people. The second bathroom was small as one could be and still have small vanity, toilet and shower. Bed comfortable. Needs new furniture and lamps with usb ports. Great balcony. Furniture needs new cushions. Great view. Didn’t use pools but looked clean.

This was the perfect condo for our beach vacation this year! This was our first beach trip with a baby and having the beach so close and an amazing pool really made our experience the best! This unit needs some attention but was clean with a great location. The wall on the porch has a large crack between the wall and floor. Water was running in while rain was blowing in. Trim at door and inside needs paint. Well stocked with cooking utensils. We enjoyed the stay. See you again soon.

The vacation was fantastic, there were 22 family members in 5 units, 15 C is where my husband n I stayed with my brother n his wife,15C was very clean, the living room rug was awful, need new one, had no bowls with lids to put things in the fridge, need bigger towels for bigger people please, kitchen island is very big and round table very big, makes no room to get around. Loved our view. So far we have stayed in 4 units and because of the furniture it was the smallest.

We loved our condo thru Bender Reality! It was perfect! They texted us everyday to make sure we had everything we needed and to make sure our vacation was as we expected! We will book thru Bender Reality again! We love Gulf Shores ❤️

Had a wonderful time with friends at Gulf Towers. Property was managed well. The view from the balcony was great. If you love the ocean but not necessarily the sand you could sit on the balcony and feel like you were on the beach. The property was fine. It was clean and well kept. I think it was a good value. We would stay there again.
