I loved being able to sit on the balcony at night and listen to the ocean. I couldn’t have had a better place to stay. Jeny at Bender vacation homes was great too because I had a really bad experience with another property management company and she was so sweet and made sure I felt secure in my stay. Great place to stay and great company to book from!

Myself and a friend went to gulf shores to several real estate companies. We felt very comfortable with bender realty and working with I believe her name was Missy. She went over and beyond to help me meet my families needs.

Had problems with door lock after hours but Bender Realty after hours security/ got it fixed in a short time frame. Thank you.

I just returned from a vacation to Gulf Shores. We stayed in a beautiful property managed by Bender Vacation Rentals and would definitely stay with them again. This location was fabulous and I did actually have to contact Bender a couple of times before our trip to make some changes and ask a few questions. Every single time, whether Misty, Hope or another person, they were very friendly, helpful and quick to answer. They keep in contact with you during your stay as well with information on how to contact them if you have problems or would like to extend your vacay. I had great experiences for this whole vacation, with the actual property, Bender and VRBO. I definitely would use them again.

We did not feel like we were in a sterile vacation home. It felt rustic in a good way. The room was very nice and clean in our bed was so comfortable. We didn’t feel like we had slept on a rock all week. We’re most places we have stayed. We had issues with. The only negative I can say is I wish there was a bathroom on the property by the pool. I have bad knees and it was hard to go up to flights of stairs every time we have to use the restroom. We will definitely be back for many years.

Having a private pool was great! Grandkids loved the outside dock decor. Great location. Just a short drive to restaurants, entertainment and shopping. Well maintained. Very clean but needs a deep cleaning.All four bedrooms are spacious. Beds were very comfortable, clean soft sheets. We all slept very well. It’s a very quiet area. We were never woken up by loud people, horns, sirens, loud music etc..The kitchen/living area is spacious. We never felt crowded with all 9 of us in the area. Loved the large tall dining table. We could all sit around it comfortably.Some did not like being in kitchen/living area at night because there are no blinds. They felt like they were in a fish bowl with no privacy.We had one small issue one evening and first thing the next morning it was fixed.We would definitely stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay at this condo. I initially booked for 3 days and 4 nights, but the host reached out before our trip and offered a discounted rate to stay an extra day—which was such a thoughtful gesture and made our trip even better.
The unit was spotless and in a great location—right by the stairs and pool, which was super convenient. Washer, dryer, and AC all worked perfectly, and there were even cleaning supplies available if we needed them. When we needed an extra parking pass, the host had no problem accommodating us.
What really stood out was the communication—they checked in every day to see if we needed anything, which made us feel genuinely cared for. Highly recommend this Airbnb—great experience from start to finish with zero complaints. Would definitely stay here again!

The property was beautiful and clean. The support center immediately responded. My kids loved the pool. We love properties on the beach. We could sit in the condo and look out at the ocean waves and then quickly walk outside and be on the beach within seconds.

Nice condo right on the beach! We went for the Sand in my Boots festival. It was in walking distance without being all up in the action. Beautiful view. No complaints.

We enjoyed the beachhouse and the beautiful ocean and bay views. Kitchen was well stocked. Wonderful, peaceful vacation. Nice walk to the beach...such fun!!

This was our first time staying in Gulf Shores. We loved Gulf Shores. The condo is in a perfect location. Beautiful views of the beach, near restaurants, etc. The condo was comfortable, quiet and clean. The beach was not crowded and we used the chair and umbrella service for the Tropic Isle condos. We would recommend this condo. We hope to come back.

Very clean unit, not a speck of sand so we surely tried to keep it that way. Building is a little dated, but the great access to beach made up for that. This particular unit had updated kitchen, showers, and bedroom furniture. Be sure to read what you’ll need to purchase for your stay (only one trash bag provided, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, etc). Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. We stayed here during my daughter’s volleyball tournament in Foley, and the drive there was about 20 min. Definitely worth it to get a few beach days in! Overall, we would stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at Sunset Place. It was as advertised. A spacious house right on a quiet stretch of beach. Easy to drive into Gulf Shores for restaurants and groceries, but far enough from the condos to avoid the crowds. We loved eating our meals on the deck watching the ocean. We would stay here again.
