Loved the condo. Was very clean. Washer and dryer worked great. Plenty of towels to go around. Fridge worked perfectly. Will stay here again when visiting gulf shores. Owners very nice and responded in a tinely manner.

Location!!! Location!!! Location!!! Amazingly beautiful!!! It was my first time in charge of finding accommodation in Gulf Shores.. and of course it had to be pet friendly since my fur baby goes everywhere I go... I was also traveling with my elderly parents,my elderly aunt and my two cousins.. the latter three are visiting from I needed a place that would be convenient for everyone in my group to have a good time!!! Caribbean 401 fit the bill perfectly!!! Beachfront corner condo and pet friendly!! My parents and aunt were not able to go down to the beach but the view from the balcony was absolutely stunning and they enjoyed sitting out there very much!!! My fur baby also enjoyed the balcony and just being able to be with me is an absolute joy for her ... I also loved that there were many other fur babies there with their families...my cousins and I had quick and easy access to the absolutely beautiful beach and the two pools were great also!!! Too bad we had limited time to be there but it was an absolutely wonderful time...precious memories were made and we’ll definitely be back soon!!!

Everything was so beautiful! Beds were incredible! Nicest place I’ve ever stayed by far. So many accommodations. Extra everything. Fans in the closet, blow dryer, puzzles/activities for my kids. Even Netflix was already streaming. Our room overlooked the beach so we had a magical morning view. Beach access was less than 20 feet from exit. Whole building smelled amazing. I really could go on and on.

This condo far exceeded our expectations. It is absolutely beautiful and was very clean. Comfortable furniture, beds, and the convenience of the full kitchen was great with a family. The large corner balcony was where we spend so much time though! The rental company texted me daily to check in and was very responsive. Ike’s rentals were available to set up chairs and umbrellas daily at the facility. Highly recommend this unit and know we will be back!

We really enjoyed this rental. It was so easy for us to go up to the room for meals and not worry about our chairs on the beach. The rental also has a chairs and a cooler for us to use, which was a great bonus! It was my kids first time at the ocean and this was the perfect place to take them.

The location was great! The beach access was right across the street. The pool was nice, facilities were clean. The staff was very hands on and reachable!
There is not a lot of room for improvement. It would be nice to have a bathroom at the pool.

Sunset Place was Awesome - Beautiful Views, Beautiful Beach, So Quiet and Peaceful. We enjoyed the mornings, days, afternoons and nights on/at the beach. The water was 225 steps from the house!!! Furnishings were great - it had everything we needed!! The washer and dryer were a great asset to us - there were 7 in our party. Plenty of space for sodas - Hawaiian Punch - & Sunny D by using the small cooler. The extra ice maker was great. Everyone said their Bed was comfortable. The Bender Realty Staff was awesome - they checked in on us - but we had NO Issues of any Kind. Our Group wants to go back - that says a lot since one of our sons doesn't like water!!! Thank you so much and May God Bless each and everyone of you!!!!

The condo was very clean and very accommodating overall, the only thing I was not happy with is the mattress on the pull-out couch was very uncomfortable and the fact that we had two cars and I was charged $35 plus tax for the second tag, one car tag is not enough for this amount of people.

Excellent rental within our price range. Convenient location just steps to the boardwalk and beach on a 2 lane road. Beach chairs available for rent. Excellent communication with the rental agency and well maintained grounds. Lobby attendant and security were nice touches. Trash chute was super convenient and bike racks were such a blessing. Shopping carts available for moving luggage- genius actually. Great setup on the bay for cleaning fish + nice docs and a boat launch. Highly recommend!

Bender was so easy to work with. They made the process so easy and convenient. Communications were easy, you can call and talk to some of the nicest folks, they text and email paperwork, instructions etc. so there is easy to refer back to if you forget. Hope and Marilyn were super helpful and sweet. Loved the ease of it all, beginning to end. Will use again when renting

We had a wonderful stay. We enjoyed the complex. Loved the top floor and access to the stairs/elevator. Very well kept. Everything was organized. I only wish we a more involved list of appliances in the unit, like crock pot, so we didn’t have to pack it. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay! We will be coming back : )

The condo was exactly as listed and clean. The only thing missing were pot holders which we didnt need until the last day. The beds were decently comfortable and the showers were nice. Everyone at the condo was very nice and helpful. The elevators were fast 99% of the time. The boardwalk to the beach was short and didnt have any stairs to navigate, making it easy to get your beach stuff set up. We had a great time with no worries.

Comfortable and clean! Great beach access! You can rent chairs and umbrella directly on the beach outside to complex. My only complaints are the beds ( one is too hard and the other two are too soft) and having to pick up the welcome package ( containing the wifi password and the parking pass) at the management office across the street. We got in very late and would have appreciated the welcome packet being in our condo upon arrival. Outside of that the condo was fantastic and extremely well organized, there was even a vacuum!

We were very pleased with the rental! It was exactly as pictured, everything was updated, nice, new, and clean. The washer and dryer were great. The view was amazing and the easy access to the beach was great. We enjoyed the chair rentals on the beach as well. Overall, great experience.
