Just as described - perfect location, easy parking, great views, and seconds from the water. I'm ready to book again for the next trip!
Stocked kitchen, plenty of linens, quite neighbors and a wonderful balcony - it was just what we needed on a no-stress vacation. 5 minutes from everything but so quiet it feels secluded from the crowds.

We stayed June 2025. Super nice condo with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Family of five. 3 teens and were never cramped for space in the condo. Access to the beach was super convenient. Place was clean, provisioned and well furnished. Parking space was a bit tight due to the summer rush especially covered parking but we were fortunate to have no issues as the parking was ample. Place is super easy to get in and out. Lots of fast food and restaurants nearby. Even the local Walmart is 2.9 miles to be exact and we did visit it for groceries multiple times so that is a major plus for larger groups. The guests staying around us in other units were friendly with families. Very family oriented place. We are sure to return as we are frequent Gulf Shore visitors. Highly recommended.

Everything was just amazing. The location is great: a couple of minutes walk to the beach and half an hour walk to the center. Excellent apartments, fully equipped. I was especially pleased with the kitchen - there are absolutely all the appliances and utensils for cooking!

We had a wonderful visit to the beach on June 25th - June 29th. Our condo was the prefect place to stay. Short walk to the beach and the pool. We will be renting again.

We loved our stay at Caribbean. The only complaint is that the TV has issues in the bedroom and we did not like not having an inside lock on the front door.

The condo was fair. Floors were dirty. Bathtub drain was slow and filled up while showering. Location was good. But will not stay at Gulf Towers 1B again. There has to be a better condo in the area for the price. Owners could spend a little money and make it more comfortable.

The property was clean, very well stocked, beds were comfy, air conditioning could keep up with the hot humid weather we had. The pool was great and the views were amazing! The elevator was quick as well. Would definitely stay here again.

Love the place and the private deck with swing with a fabulous view of the ocean! Place is also well kept and clean with easy parking and great private beach entrance. And Bender makes it easy as possible with check in as soon as the place is ready and is easily available for any problems or issues!

Have been staying at the Sandpiper for many years. Generally try to book 13A as owners put a lot of effort into keeping anemnities up to date. This condo is very nice. Prices have gone up a lot over the years. I understand this is necessary, but I noticed several empty rooms this year (middle of June) which is not typical. I hope this doesn't continue to be the trend.

Bender was the easiest rental company I have ever dealt with. I will use them again and recommend them to others. It was great to find a pet friendly condo directly on the beach with a beautiful view. It was really nice having an assigned parking spot in front of the elevator. They really need more (and better) carts for loading and unloading luggage.The sliding glass door in the unit needs some attention. It is very difficult to open and close.The kitchen needs one good non-stick skillet added. These are minor complaints. Overall,staying there was great. Our next visit will most likely be earlier in the spring or in the fall when it is not so hot and crowded.

Well-thought-out house. Clean, comfortable, great amenities. Bender Realty good to work with. Loved the boardwalk access to the beach. Half bath in the carport-level storage shed a great idea. Our stay was great and it is highly likely we'll be back again. Very well maintained. Very kid friendly. I would suggest an ice machine for the kitchen, but that certainly isn't a complaint about this property. Our whole family loved the house and all it offered.

First time to Gulf Shores. Beautiful condo. We were able to walk to several restaurants and stores. Would stay there again.

This property was great for our family vacation. The property was just as advertised and super clean. The beach view off the balcony was amazing. The condo had great and easy access to the beach. The location was fantastic and centrally located to restaurants and souvenir shops. Also, right behind a condo on the beach is a place to parasail and ride the banana boat.

Perfect location that wasn’t busy with traffic. Easy to get in and out of. Very clean condo with an incredible oceanfront view. The condo was spacious as was the balcony. Would stay here again and plan to!

Great rental! Very accommodating for 3 adults. Convenient to have two showers to allow less “getting ready” time. Pool was very nice for days we didn’t want to go to the beach. Beach access was great and just across the street. We found good gaps in traffic but easy to walk to nearby light if needed. We used a nearby complex to rinse off but this unit did have rinsing station in pool area. Toilet paper was provided for each bathroom but we were there for almost a week so we had to buy a little pack for one extra in each.
