This was my first time on this side of town. I particularly liked this condo because of the elevators. Unlike many other condos, the wait time for an elevator was not long because there are not many condos in this building. The other big surprise was that the walkway from the building to the beach was short. I loved the service, decor, and everything about it. It was also a short drive to the hangout and other shops.

Bender was great to work with! From the time we booked through our vacation, they were on top of things making our vacation very relaxing! We had some questions about which property would work best for us, and they helped us choose based on our specific needs. Our air conditioner went out, and they had it completely fixed within a couple of hours! The condo was very nice and clean which is a must for us! Thank you, Bender, for your help and making our stay very enjoyable!

We came for a sports tournament. Check in was easy, great communication. It looked exactly as listed. We loved being so close to beach. The kids enjoyed pool so much. Cant wait to come again.

Great location. Beach across street. Pool is nice- small but does the job. Laundry on site bring quarters. Grocery store just a block up. Nice location. Beach view! Nice place for price. Would stay again. Easy parking- private assigned space.

Summer Salt was the perfect getaway for our family. It was perfect for our young kids (they even had a baby-gate!) and the walk to the beach was super short and easy. Would definitely book again!

It was perfect for our family of 3. We enjoyed the pool and our balcony. The unit was very clean! My only complaint is the bed isn’t very comfortable. We would definitely stay at the Clearwater complex again.

The price was reasonable and it is close to everything you need but not as crowded. I will definitely stay here again for quick getaway. The only thing was the elevator had a very bad smell at times but as far as the condo it was clean.

Host was great all around. Very responsive when we had questions. They allowed us to check-in early as well. Beautiful view of the beach and photos were dead on, no hiding of issues or anything. Will use again and highly recommend.

This was a much smaller building than I’m used too but absolutely loved it! Much easier to get in and out of the beach. The more open front area was new to me as were used to private balconies but everyone was so friendly and never disruptive and safe! Also leaving sandy stuff in front of ur condo instead of dragging it through the condo to a balcony in the back was a huge win I didn’t know I needed. The condo was so nice and plenty big for 3 of us. Bender was responsive and made our stay so easy. Even on the 4th we felt peaceful. This may be our new spot for Gulf shores visits!

We had a wonderful July 4th weekend at the condo! The location couldn’t be better and loved waking up to breakfast overlooking the ocean. Very walkable to shops and restaurants in the area as well.

Reviewer Comments: Love the condo and it was ocean front was very clean very quit The condo was set up with everything we needed Check in with Bender realtor was great keep us updated on our time to check in and to see if we needed anything. The only thing I didn’t like was having to pay for a parking pass I think if you stay there you should be aloud to park for free .
