Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay. A nice house and a great size for our group. We were a close drive to restaurants. We did wish the walk to the beach was a little closer...it was advertised as a 3 minute walk but it was definitely a lot longer. We did have an issue where the A/C went out but we called after hours maintenance and they came right out and fixed it. We had an issue with ants the whole stay. They sprayed when we 1st got there but did not take care of them. I think that some of the blinds in the house need replaced and some of the outdoor furniture we could not use because the chairs were broke. I recommend taking extra blankets when staying. We did not find any.

They are easy to get in touch with for anything you might need. All properties were exactly as described and every representative we spoke with were extremely patient polite and eager to help.

The Bender rental co. was quick to respond to text messages for any questions we had.

Расположение - супер! Очень близко от пляжа, буквально 3 минуты пешком. Также центр, где можно погулять, рестораны и магазины - все в пешей доступности. В номере была полностью укомплектована кухня - на все случаи жизни, чего там только не было! Для тех, кто любит готовить, печь - более чем достаточно! Даже полный набор специй. Приятная неожиданность - тележка для вещей, зонтики и стулья для пляжа. Настольные игры, книги, журналы!!! Я никогда не видела, чтобы было столько всего! Нет такого.

A relaxing, no hassel stay. Rental Co. made checking-in easy and were quick to text back for any questions we had. On our first day we discovered the sliding door to the balcony did not lock. We text the office and received a response almost immediately and a maintenance man was sent over same day. Very pet friendly property. Grounds, and facilities were maintained daily.

This is a beautiful condo that had everything we needed. Plenty of room for a family of 3. We loved having 2 balconies with different views. We had some trouble finding who we needed to register with and pay for parking (which was cash only), but once that was sorted out, everything was good at the condo property. The location was nice, close to everything without being too busy.

We had a great time at Gulf Shores. The check-in process was seamless, they even allowed us to check in early so we could attend an event without keeping all of our belongings in the car until proper check-in time. Communication was so easy and the management company went out of their way to ensure we were enjoying our stay. Highly recommend!

This condo was very nice, clean and stocked. The view was just what we wanted and the beach was footsteps away. The king bed was very comfy, too!
My husband wanted more clear instructions on the TV/channels, but honestly we didn't use it much. Honestly, we would have loved to pay less per night, but we were desperate for a beach getaway!

The condo was good for my husband and I. It would be a little crowded for 3 people in my opinion. I rated a 4 star for cleanliness due to finding a partially eaten hot dog on our balcony as we arrived. The listing also stated there was free parking on premise, but we had to pay $35 for a parking pass.

I just returned from a vacation to Gulf Shores. We stayed in a beautiful property managed by Bender Vacation Rentals and would definitely stay with them again. This location was fabulous and I did actually have to contact Bender a couple of times before our trip to make some changes and ask a few questions. Every single time, whether Misty, Hope or another person, they were very friendly, helpful and quick to answer. They keep in contact with you during your stay as well with information on how to contact them if you have problems or would like to extend your vacay. I had great experiences for this whole vacation, with the actual property, Bender and VRBO. I definitely would use them again.

We did not feel like we were in a sterile vacation home. It felt rustic in a good way. The room was very nice and clean in our bed was so comfortable. We didn’t feel like we had slept on a rock all week. We’re most places we have stayed. We had issues with. The only negative I can say is I wish there was a bathroom on the property by the pool. I have bad knees and it was hard to go up to flights of stairs every time we have to use the restroom. We will definitely be back for many years.

Having a private pool was great! Grandkids loved the outside dock decor. Great location. Just a short drive to restaurants, entertainment and shopping. Well maintained. Very clean but needs a deep cleaning.All four bedrooms are spacious. Beds were very comfortable, clean soft sheets. We all slept very well. It’s a very quiet area. We were never woken up by loud people, horns, sirens, loud music etc..The kitchen/living area is spacious. We never felt crowded with all 9 of us in the area. Loved the large tall dining table. We could all sit around it comfortably.Some did not like being in kitchen/living area at night because there are no blinds. They felt like they were in a fish bowl with no privacy.We had one small issue one evening and first thing the next morning it was fixed.We would definitely stay here again.
