Sunset Place has everything we needed for the 7 in our party. The location on the beach was absolutely amazing. You could see for miles and enjoy the waves coming ashore. The extra Cooler for Sunny D - Hawaiian Punch - Sodas was great. The extra ice maker was great - Beds were amazingly comfortable. The washer & dryer were used regularly & glad we had them. We enjoyed the mornings, afternoon, evenings and nights on the beach. One of our sons doesn't like water BUT he said the place was "Awesome!!" Bender Realty Staff was Great & we had NO issues at all with Sunset Place. Thanks & May God Bless!!!

Everything was perfect. The only inconvenience was having to drive 20 min down the road to pick up the check in packet. Wish that would have been in the room because with traffic it was almost an hour round trip.

We stayed at Edgewater West and couldnt be more pleased. Great condo, newly updated, exceptionally clean, property well maintained, the elevator worked. (If you know , you know! LOL). The associates at Bender Vacation Rentals went above and beyond to make our stay at Gulf Shores the best experience it could be. They were wonderful to work with. Thank you Bender for everything! Hope to visit again soon and well definitely be using Bender for our vacation rentals.

We stayed in Castaways. Parking was a little rough for bigger size vehicles. Tight fit. It was perfect for our family. Spacious, clean,and a Perfect view. We were informed of a problem that we didn't even know existed. (Dead batteries in remote and smoke alarm). They sent someone that day to fix issue. 100% will stay again.

Very much fun. Did not get to do all the things we wanted to do but be back next year. Due to water leak in ceiling we had to move to another condo but it was so much nicer it was worth the bother! 11c would have gotten 5 stars. 1A was not as clean we had to wash sheets they had not been changed from last guest. Overall 1A needs some TLC !Management was excellent !

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Things that stood out were the cleanliness and pleasant temperature of the pool, the very close access to the beach and the convenience store/ice cream/restaurant right across the street. We never even had to leave the house and ordered pick up from S&S Seafood across the street multple times (it was that good). Even though the house is on a busy corner of the strip, it almost felt sound proof and was SO quiet which was nice. We would absolutely stay here again!

Lovely clean smart villa, the pool was amazing! Perfect size, had all the items needed for our stay, including some dishwasher tablets and bin bags which were appreciated. The beds were so comfortable and we all had a great nights sleep! The location is perfect, 30 mins walk to the beach, great for a morning run! So quiet in the neighbourhood which is exactly what we needed. Towns and villages nearby within easy reach. Pool heat was great and definitely needed early June! The owners were easy to get hold of during the booking process and made everything easy for us. We would love to return!

This home has everything you need for a great vacation. We enjoyed the pool, the screened and open balconies and the grill area. The pier is amazing and we had no issues docking our rental boat. We enjoyed watching the iguanas in the yard and the wildlife in the water. We saw several manatees in front of the house and turtles and dolphins in the main canal. We had a fun, relaxing week and would definitely book this home again!

Perfect stay. Condo was spotless,not outdated, kitchen fully furnished. They even had toiletries for us to use. Loved how they would send a text asking if anything is wrong or needing anything. The negatives were parking. Super tight with all the bigger vehicles. We had to pinch in spots. Other was if you are impatient the elevator will be a problem. We had to wait a few times. Didnt bother us but some were complaining. We had so much fun. Will definitely be back to Gulf Shores.

The associates at Bender Vacation Rentals were the best. Our condo was available earlier than expected and they messaged us to let us know. Bender was very responsive and friendly. The condo was even better than described. Beautiful views, very clean and comfortable, and thoughtful amenities. The Beach Club was wonderful for a family-restaurant, beach shop, ice cream and coffee shop, arcade, virtual golf simulator, etc. We would definitely come back again!
