Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Highly recommend this rental. You are only steps from the beach and you have a partial view of the beach from the balcony. It is in a great location, only blocks from the main public beach. The unit was very clean. The property manager was extremely responsive and helpful. Some small inconveniences. Some fixtures and furniture are a little outdated. No ice maker or ice trays. Only one small roll of toilet paper per bathroom, no hair dryer. Still, we would definately stay here again.

Great view of the gulf. Each unit of this older building has a balcony with an ocean view. There is easy access to the beach. The furnishing are a little dated but comfortable. Kitchen equiptment was great. Easy covered parking and dog friendlly.

My only suggestion would be for them to add floor protector padding underneath the stools at the bar. We could hear the people upstairs every time they moved those around. Otherwise, the stay was nice and quiet. I would definitely stay here again!

We loved the condo, location and the other guests were so friendly. The pool was perfect and so close to the beach. Everything was clean, parking was easy. Great experience. Nothing to report

The property is exactly as pictures. Check in/out process was very smooth. Management consistently communicated with us. Ample towels in the unit and sheets. Great location on the beach. We had lots of room, privacy, and access to the beach. Even saw dolphins just outside :) it was a great stay. There is a kurig and a regular coffee maker on site and fully set up kitchen. It is a very nice place to stay with kids.

You couldn’t ask for a better location and I can bring my pup. She and I love the walking path on Lagoon Drive one street over. Bender Realty is a great company to rent from and always there if you need something.

Family oriented, safe environment, with easy access and visibility of the beach. Private pool was quiet, nice, and offered an outdoor opportunity of more activity away from the sun.

Ladies at the office were attentive and helpful. We were upgraded to make up for a less then clean condo when we arrived and they made it right really quickly. Gulf sands was the building at first and idk if I could have stayed there even with it clean- out of date everything and certainly wasn’t cleaned properly. After voicing concerns, I was happy to be moved to another building w more space and bedrooms. It was more than I would have asked for but we appreciated it so much! Thank you Michelle and bender for a great stay. We will be back soon I hope!

Great place to stay! The room and pool were very nice and beach access is connected to the condo. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of stuff we needed and the Publix is only 10 min. away. We would definitely stay here again!

This condo was beautiful and comfortable. The location is absolutely beautiful and right on the beach. The only two negative things I can say is the parking lot is not huge so if you drive a large truck it's a little tight parking but doable. The only other thing was the hot water did not last very long for showers. other than that, everything was great! The kitchen was very well supplied with the necessities.

We really had a great week at this place. It was very spacious and the patio deck was large with a perfect view of the Gulf. There was plenty of space for the four of us and we used the kitchen amenities for breakfast and lunch. Beach access was easy: take the elevator down to first floor, walk out the back door past the outdoor pool, and you’re walking on the sandy beach in seconds. The building is located on the main strip with restaurants, grocery stores, and other shopping 1-5 minutes away by car. Our only hiccups were when the elevator wasn’t working for a few hours one day. Management remedied the situation as soon as they were notified. We also didn’t have water in the building one day due to maintenance that had been planned. We were made aware well in advance and planned a day of shopping, eating out, and hanging on the beach and it didn’t really impact us at all. I was pleased with how accessible Bender was by phone or text message if we had questions. We would rent again!

Wonderful place-exactly as described. Easy Check-in, great location, just steps away from the beach. Host was responsive for any questions we had. Clean, tidy, and large balcony was my favorite. We will rent here again! Thank you for a great spring break trip!

We had a very nice family vacation at Sunset Place. Plenty of room for my growing family. loved the privacy, being close to the beach, the large deck was very popular for us. The kitchen was very well stocked. The only thing sunset place is missing is a hot tub to enjoy in the cool evenings. The home was very clean and we enjoyed going to beachside mini golf, hanging out on the deck, a delicious bushwacker at Bahama Bobs, nice lunch at The Catch and the guys booked a fishing trip on the Gulf, which they will remember forever!

The King bed was comfy! The view was to die for and the unit had all the basic necessities. The customer service was top notch; there was constant communication and they made our stay incredibly easy. We would definitely stay at this condo again!

Very nice location away from the busy part of town. Very spacious and just like the pictures. Bender was proactive in sending all information and check in and out details. We greatly enjoyed our stay.
