Booked a property managed by Bender vacations rentals through VRBO. Had some issues and Bender vacation rentals unexpectedly addressed my issues and apologized for the inconvenience. Top notch customer service and definitely will be booking with them directly in the future vs going through a VRBO or Airbnb.

Loved our girls trip with my little girls and Mom. Perfect place to relax on the beach, access nearby groceries/restaurants, and swim in the pool. It is bare necessities at Sandpiper so make sure you have extra kitchen items like salt/pepper and laundry and dish supplies for cleaning. It was very clean, but outdated. I was nervous with little kids around all the glass tables and wall, but they did well. Friendly guests nearby and elevator and stairs easy to use. We love this place!

Bender's staff were awesome to work with. They respond quickly to any questions I had. The house we rented was as pictured and the cleanest we have stayed. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again on our next vacation to Gulf Shores.

Great property great location just need the living room tv better equipped as it took an excessive amount of time to load and stream and options were not apps subscribed to. But not that we spent a lot of time in doors but would have been nice to have a better selection in the evenings.

Had a great experience at Royal Palms! Loved the location! You are an easy walk to many great attractions, shops, and restaurants. The unit was perfect for our was clean and had a great view of the beach/ocean! We were also very close to the Gulf Shores State Park, which was nice! Bender was great to work with, everything went very smooth and they kept us well informed from start to finish!! I would highly recommend Bender and Royal Palms!!

Second year in a row staying at Edgewater, booking thru Bender. Easy check in and out. Very clean and had zero issues this stay. If we decide to go back to Gulf Shores next year we will be using this same rental and condo again.

We love Sunset Place with Bender. They are a joy to work with. The house is clean and very spacious for our family while keeping everyone close together. Access to the beach is directly out of the door and in Mid June, it is like having your own private beach. This is our 3rd year and have already booked next year. Our Grandkids are making beautiful memories that will last a lifetime. Thank you to Bender and the owners of the property for having us. We absolutely love it.

Property was in an ideal location and was exactly as described. We had a hiccup with the a/c when we first got to the room (totally understandable, things happen) and they were very quick with a response and getting it fixed. The room was very comfortable and had everything we needed and more. Would definitely book this condo again!

We had a wonderful stay at 801 Mustique! The condo was beautifully decorated, exceptionally clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The views were amazing, and the location was perfect—close to the beach, restaurants, and local attractions while still feeling peaceful and private.
The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfortable, and the entire property was well maintained. We especially appreciated the attention to detail and how easy the check-in and check-out process was.
This was one of the nicest places we've stayed in Gulf Shores, and we would gladly return. Highly recommend 801 Mustique to anyone looking for a comfortable, upscale, and memorable beach getaway!

Everything was great! Very surprised, but the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. We love the fact that it had a table on the deck where everyone could hang out. The living room was big enough to put two queen size blowup mattresses if you needed to plus the pullout couch. We had a great vacation. We would definitely recommend this property. To anyone with big families.

I can’t say enough about our stay. The condo was amazing, beautiful view of the ocean off the balcony. The entire condo is just as pictured. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. The rental company gave great instructions and stayed in communication the entire trip. This was an amazing experience.

The ceiling fan in the living room did not work and the globe on the light fixture just fell off, looked like it had been glued on. Thankfully we had the couch bed made out so it did not shatter. The pull out couch bed was not very clean but the rest of the place was very nice and clean. We loved the location and everything else about our stay was perfect

We enjoyed our stay at Fernhill by the sea. I love the layout of the home. It is a beautiful home right on the beach with your own private boardwalk. There is also an outdoor shower and bathroom downstairs that was nice when you’re out on the beach. The walk from the house to the beach isn’t long. Unfortunately we had some bad weather with double red flags during our stay but we were close to lots of things to do and great restaurants.
There is dredging on the beach but that didn’t bother us at all. It’s a beautiful stretch of beach there! We had 4 other guests and a 5 month old staying with us. Everyone had a room and felt comfortable. It was very spacious for all of us.
Hope to stay here again in the future! 🫶

Perfect distance to beach. Great view from the spacious deck! Beds very comfortable but could use upgraded pillows. Would love to see some updated cookware for those of us who wanted to eat in. Overall great experience.

The Yellowbird proved to be an ideal accommodation for our family. We thoroughly enjoyed the extensive family time spent on the beach, the outdoor deck, and creating lasting memories while cooking together in the kitchen. This location offers a perfect vacation experience.
