I loved the location. It was on the beach
I didn't like the sofa and the mattress. They really need to be replaced, especially the mattress

My husband and I visited Orange Beach for the first time September 2026 and were very pleased with the area and our condo rental experience with Bender Realty and with our unit. We stayed at Romar Tower in unit 6B. The property had everything we needed and we will definitely be returning! Bender representatives provided prompt communication before, during and on check out. I would recommend using them when booking a trip.

We stayed at the royal palms in room 804. Property is well maintained and room was very nice. Only issues was the king mattress was needing replaced and dryer lent trap didnt lay all the way down causing cloths to tangle. Other than that I'll still give 5 stars for such a wonderful time.

We fell in love with everything about this condo! It has a perfect view of the ocean and pool. The condo was very clean and we loved the extra rugs. The beds were both super comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. We stayed for a week and never left the condo. Walmart delivered our groceries and the rest of the vacation we got to relax and chill! I definitely recommend!

Have used Bender Realty to rent condos in the Clearwater building for over 10 years. They never disappoint. Love the small building with only 32 units. Beach front balcony is wonderful for morning coffee and night glass of wine or beer. This unit is right on the beach which I appreciate more as I get older as walking in sand is becoming more difficult. The beach is never crowded whatever time of year we visit. The unit is convenient to all our favorite restaurants and shopping. We visit 2 to 3 times a year and Bender is always wonderful to work with

Working with Bender is as easy as pie. The folks are awesome. Sandpiper is a wonderful place to get a large group of folks together. The rooms are open to the outside and in close proximity. The pool is large enough to accommodate everyone and the beach is a few easy steps away.

First and foremost, working with the Bender staff is a pleasure. I cannot say enough good things about them. The unit was clean and well-appointed with kitchen utensils and dishes. The king bed is very comfortable but does take up the whole room. I think this unit is perfect for a couple, I’m not sure I’d add the others it could sleep. This was our second stay, and, if we’re able, we will return again next year.

Have been staying at the Sandpiper for 30 years. Have stayed in almost every unit but I've been coming back to 14A now for the last 4 years because its one of my favorites. The kitchen setup is perfect for our large group. The condo could use a few updates. Mainly the beds are not the greatest. The master bathroom toilet seat does not stay up and the vent in the master bathroom is falling out and could use a cleaning. The showers are not updated like some of the other condos but overall we don't mind because we enjoy this condo so much and will continue to stay in 14A.
