Love Royal Palms. We've stayed in this building in the past but upgraded to a corner 2 bedroom this year with Bender. Fantastic room with upgraded appliances and granite countertops, VERY clean (I'm incredibly picky with cleanliness), great communication with them, overall a wonderful experience. Everything worked perfectly, AC blows cold and the washer/dryer both worked, which is a rarity lately in other places. The balcony is great! Loved the views out of the windows facing the beach. The location is perfect since it's in the center of both Orange Beach and Gulf Shores. Highly recommend!!

Booked for the location (end of the strip, closest to the state park) and the ocean-front and it was 100/100 for that! Otherwise the unit was super clean, bed comfy, AC bumping. Building is older and not super nice but totally fine for the value. Only thing to note is absolutely no salt/oil/coffee/etc.

I’ll comment on what I care about most in condos: Comfortable beds, clean, great balcony furniture, fast ice maker, super host company (Bender), great deal, easy walk to convenient store (Pier 33). The only miss was not having measuring cups or a cookie sheet. We worked around that. Great trip!

The condo was as described in the pictures, had the perfect location next to the state park, was cozy/comfortable, and was very clean. We loved the balcony and spent most of our time (when we weren’t at the beach) out there. The beach was amazing, the weather was perfect, and we enjoyed seeing dolphins regularly. This was our second time renting through Bender Realty and they were great to rent through. We would stay here again!

We loved staying at Fernhill! it was perfect for our family weekend getaway. The views are amazing! Location is close to town, but not so close that there are condos everywhere, so the beach was never crowded. We are coming back next year. We may have found our yearly beach house rental!

It was a beautiful week and September is the best time for vacation. No waiting for tables at restaurants. And no traffic or crowds. The air vent to the bunk room was closed and it got warm in there at night is the only complaint and I was unable to open the vent.

Plenty of room and the view was exceptional. Only 4 units per floor which made it nice and not too many people. Anyone that needs a place to stay this is the place. Our condo was beautifully decorated and comfy. The bed was perfect. Location was probably the best I have stayed in. We were out the door of our condo and on the beach in less than five minutes. Owner was easy to get in contact with by text and responded quickly. We will be going back!

The house was absolutely perfect!!........... My guest mentioned the only thing they would change is the beach access. Walking over the dome appears steeper when walking in the heat & pulling a beach cart (haha)........... but that didnt stop us from having a great time. The house is beautiful; very well cared for & supplied.

The condo was just as it was described. Very calm and relaxing decor with a beautiful view. We were on the 6th floor, the elevator was quick, and we would be on the beach in 5 minutes. I had a question and text the owner. Within a few minutes I had an answer. The only suggestion I would give is to add a Keurig. I had brought coffee pods with me and had to go buy ground coffee. Not a big deal, just a suggestion.

Received excellent service from the property management company before, during and after our stay (wallet fell out my backpack, they called me immediately and shipped it to me.) Master bed/bath did feel a little cramped, but the comfort of the king size bed made it worth it. Overall, a great stay and would definitely recommend!

Great place to stay if you’re looking for a home in the Gulf Shores area. Extremely easy access to the beach with just a short walk (100ft)from the back of the house. I would stay again.

Very nice home. Clean, comfortable, Nice relaxing front porch with ocean views, quick walk to the beach. Stores and restaurants 10 to 15 min. Drive. If you like to go beach hoping like we did, Orange beach 20 min. and Pensacola beach in Florida 1 hour 10 min. Well worth the drive.

Everything was fine. I liked the keypad entry. No key card or app required. 4th floor for us was good for view. The elevator was fast though I mostly used the stairwell for exercise! We used the chairs and umbrella we found in the closet. The beach was great and the pool was nice.

I took my family to this rental and absolutely loved the amenities and views. Plenty of space for the three bedrooms it has. Our family of 5 adults and two toddlers will definitely be back!

This place was the best place we’ve stayed in the area. Pool and beach very accessible, and great views, so much so you could see every condo had the same great view - well laid out! Close to a bunch of restaurants and things to do. We’ll be back.
