Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family was in need of a beach vacation and I chose Bender due to the high reviews they received. Everything was super easy from check in to departure. We had to change our departure and did so with ease being able to check in a day earlier. Amenities were update, clean and spacious. I truly felt like I was home. We loved the heater in the bathroom. It was great keeping is warm and drying our towels. Only thing was the creaky floor above us and the kids running around. Luckily it was time for us to checkout and we only had one day of it Would rebook again and again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is in a good location. With easy beach front access, and a beautiful ocean view. This condo has plenty of room. Its within about a 15 minute walk from the Hangout, and very close to the Gulf State Park. Check in and check out were very easy. Some of the outlets need attention as they are loose. Ceiling fan in bedroom is a little noisy, but that didnt bother us because we use a fan for noise anyways. Over all a very nice stay

We love to rent from them and would highly recommend them. This was our second year renting from them and vacation just keeps getting better each time. Reviewer Comments: The condo was very well decorated and the kitchen had an insane amount of dishes/cups/cooking utensils-all the supplies we could possibly need except an additional kitchen towel. I reached out to the management company the first 3 days to see if we could get 1-2 more and was told by the first 2 people they would let housekeeping know but the 3rd person told me it was standard to leave only 1 towel. We had 7 people staying and ate breakfast in every day as well as cooked dinner 4 nights, one towel for all those dishes was silly. I would have brought more from home if I’d have known-only sharing so others that plan to eat in bring their own. The condo itself was clean and we really enjoyed our stay. Would love to go back to San Carlos 1201 again!

Location of condo is perfect. My husband and I were the only guests and it was beyond ideal. We had all the comforts of home right on the beach close to all the things we love. We WILL BE BACK!

The condo it self was clean and the property was also clean and so quiet. Not one time did we have a problem everything was perfect for our weeks stay. The location couldn’t have been any better, we definitely WILL be back. There was a little corner store walking distance close enough I felt comfortable letting my kids walk there, Walmart was about 7min away, the beach access was a 5min walk and all the Shops and restaurants were just a few lights up the road. This trip was everything we hoped it would be. Thank you for everything.

This place was very comfortable. Right on the beach. Not much around in a walking distance (I LOVE THAT), so it’s more peaceful and quiet . Kitchen had everything we needed, although bottom cabinets were a mess. I was here with my parents, husband and two teen daughters. My parents took the single bed room. The four of us shared the other room. Our beds were rock hard. HATE THAT. My parents said. Theirs was fine, but they prefer a hard bed. The drayer gets hot, but still has a hard time drying a load . I only washed our Bath towels and still had to run the washer twice . We had the maintaince come, but they’d said the dryer gets hot enough. Wonder if there is a clog somewhere. Yes, I cleaned the lent trap every time. Water pressure sucks.

Overall we were very happy with the property. The owner was very easy to work with and checked in regularly to see if there were any issues. The house was just the right size for our group, however we planned to use the fold out cots in the master bedroom but the mattresses and cots were not in good shape and wrapped around my son's when they tried to lay on them. We loved the location more than anything. Very quick access to the beach, and right next door to a restaurant, convenient/beach store, liquor store, and coffee/ice-cream shop.

There were some push button lighting that did not work and the light over the dining table did not work. Other than that everything was great including stackable washer and dryer.

The condo was great overall. The only things that I rated 4 stars on was cleanliness: there were yellow stains on both sets of sheets and comforters, and Advertised Accuracy: it says 2 minute walk to the beach. It’s not. It’s more like 10 minutes and pulling wagons makes a 10 minute walk seem pretty long. Also, only 1 roll of toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels and 1 extra trash bag was provided. I think for the price of the condo, a few extra rolls/bags would not break the bank. It’s silly to be on vacation and have to go shopping for toilet paper. Other than that, the condo itself was great!!

Older property, but very well kept. Clear instructions made check-in easy and allowed us to just enjoy our time. The small sunroom was an excellent secondary space, and we liked it much more than the typical balcony. We would book here again.

Everything was perfect. Host responses requests quickly. Great location, walk to the beach. Unfortunately, the elevator was not working on the day of checking out. We had to take our luggages from fifth floor to load to our car. Other than that, everything was great!
