My family has been using Bender and the same condo complex, The Sandpiper, for 30 years. Even in those instances when we have had issues, they are always promptly addressed in a productive way. This past time we had issues with the cable and a door not locking. Both were fixed in a timely manner. The staff is very communicative, organized, polite and responsive.

Great location, weather was great all 5 days with short rain storms in the evening. Would repeat vacation all over again, no changes. Planning to return next summer.

Beautiful beautiful spot. If you want to get away from the crowds, this is it! Basically had the beach to ourselves the whole time. Got to see some sea turtles, sting rays, and a bunch of fish, definitely bring some goggles. And the house was just perfect. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone, great kitchen, we cooked and grilled a ton of food. And the double driveways helped a lot with three vehicles. Can't say enough, great family vacation.

The trip was wonderful! Check in was seamless with friendly and helpful host. Our packet was waiting for us at the property which allowed us more time on the beautiful beach. The balcony had a lovely view right on the ocean. The grocery was right across the street and the kitchen has everything imaginable that you might need. We would stay here again without question. Family memories were indeed made.

House was extremely well stocked with any kitchen need, vacuum, dust pan, first aid kit, and hotel sized extras like shampoo, soaps, etc. The Bender team was so kind and easy to communicate with. We had no issues during our stay. We liked the house so much we will be booking it again for next summer. Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Check-in was super easy, doors are number coded, so no keys or cards are needed for entry. Communication with the host was excellent. The property itself was as described, kitchen and appliances worked well and were clean. Beds were comfortable. Located right on the beach, easy beach access, nice pool on site as well. Building itself is a little dated, but the condo itself was very nice. Checkout was super simple, no need to swing back by the office, just pack up and hit the road.

Was as advertised. Elevators were never backed up or too busy. Always had a parking spot. Easy beach access for day time and night time beach activities.

Bender Realty is the best at accommodating us! We would not use anyone but Bender or go anywhere else for our summer family retreat at the beach!

Very good location! Stay was great! We actually had an encounter where the smoke detector was going off and on constantly. One call to the office and they had someone sent out to assist with the issue.

We’ve stayed at this resort before and really enjoy the atmosphere and units. Plenty of things to do on the resort and just a short drive for more things to do. We really didn’t want to leave. Bender was communicative and very helpful.

Loved it was close to all shopping. Crico’s pizza, is phenomenal and 4 minutes away. Just a few steps from a family own grocery store. My kids loved the vending machines. The water slide was perfection. Way to go guys. I recommend & Would stay again.

Checking in was very easy and the staff was great. We did have a mold issue with this property and the floors were very dirty. When I took my shoes off for an hour the bottom of my feet were black from walking around the unit. When I noticed the mold we were upgraded to another unit and the staff made everything right. My only issue was I was alone with 2 children so it was very difficult to pack everything up to move to another unit but the new unit was beautiful so I can’t complain. I believe maintenance will address the mold issue with the unit and hopefully clean the carpets too as they could really use a deep cleaning.
