This was our second time staying in this unit. It perfectly suits what our desire is for a quick getaway near the Gulf. The communication and support from Bender is thorough and timely. We had one issue while we stayed and contacted the support number. They were incredibly prompt in resolving the issue. We hope to return next year as well.

Amazing customer service! Had a minor issue and they had someone out to resolve it within 30 minutes and followed up to make sure all was good. Will absolutely rent with Bender again!

The condo and scenery was absolutely amazing. The only complaint I had was that the master bedroom and bathroom was still dirty upon check in. Got ahold of someone at Bender Rentals and they took care of it within the hour. Very helpful personal and very responsive. Would definitely recommend to everyone. Will definitely be coming back several more times!

This was a holiday gathering of our family spanning three states, TX, KY, IN. Four grand-children ages 8, 10, 12, 13 and 6 adults. We all had a great time. The Perky Pelican was well suited for our group.

Beautiful condo. Perfect size for just the 2 of us. Clean pools and hot tub, condo was clean other than the dentures that we found under the covers of bottom bunk ( they were not ours). Everything else was very nice. We had a small emergency during our stay and the office staff were very helpful in helping us navigate our extended stay. Would stay at this condo in the future.

This cozy condo was peaceful and beautifully decorated, was very clean and had everything needed for a great stay. The kitchen was nice, had dishes, pots and pans, everything you'd need to make a meal. We especially loved the sunroom overlooking the water. It was close to many restaurants and shops.

It was a cozy place to stay. The house is a perfect size and very nicely laid out. I loved having a washer and dryer to wash clothes before we left. The surrounding area is very nice and close to the beach. Great place!

The unit was adorable with all the amenities we needed. The host was very responsive and helpful when we had questions, especially when we had trouble getting in. We weren’t told before booking that there would be work going on there, but we were able to get to the pool and hot tub a couple of days anyhow. We understood that, as slow as it was there, this would be the best time to accomplish necessary maintenance.

We had the best time! The house fit our crew of 12 perfectly and we enjoyed the location so much! The view, the huge back porch with plenty of seating, and the easy walk to the beach - we would absolutely stay again!

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely condo right on the beach. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for a relaxing beach getaway. The balcony was my favorite spot. It was perfect for morning coffee with colorful sunrises and evening sunsets. The kids loved the water slide and indoor pool. The location couldn’t better, with easy access to the beach, restaurants and local attractions. We had the opportunity to visit The Coastal Christmas Market at Orange Beach during our stay. Check in and out was a breeze! We will absolutely be staying here again in the future.

This was absolutely perfect for our trip -- the condo is gorgeous, super clean, and the ocean views are just unreal. We spent every morning and evening out on the balcony. Great location on the beautiful white beaches of Gulf Shores. Walking distance to many restaurants and stores. It’s a quiet place to relax and enjoy the beach . The property is clean and well maintained. This was our second year to stay in this same condo and hopefully not our last. It’s the beach house that feels like home.

Everything in the home was just perfect for our family. We brought our small dogs and they were very comfortable too. Well stocked kitchen and plenty of linens and bedding. The beach access is a very short walk from the home. Restauraunts and convenience stores are a short drive and we were able to schedule Walmart delivery for groceries. We always make sure to get our own extra paper products when travelling so I didn't notice any lack of those as mentioned in other reviews. Check was effortless. This was the perfect place for our very low key relaxing week away. I would recommend to anyone.

Bender is easy to deal with. Communication is excellent!My only con is there is no work out facility and I asked to use their location next door and was told I could not. Most places that have multiple locations let you use work out facilities at their sister properties.
