We love this dog friendly condo complex right on the beach! It’s not too big with only 4 units per floor and a total of 8 floors. Easy parking and close to EVERYTHING. Only negative is no dogs allowed on beach.

Fantastic Condo! The condo itself is fantastic.comfortable beds, beautifully decorated with beachy artwork, plenty of room to spread out and amazing views. It was very clean with everything I needed to cook when I wanted and do the laundry since we were here as snowbirds. The location is perfect for beach walking, watching sunsets and easy access to get wherever you want to go. I can't wait to go back, hopefully this specific condo is available. Bender Vacation Rentals has the most pleasant people to work with. They were always kind and cared about our stay through the entire stay. I will use them for all my future vacations in Gulf Shores.

Host agency, Bender Vacation rentals, seemed very organized, attentive and responsive. The view & balcony were amazing! Everything was clean, bed was comfortable, amenities great. Many extras were appreciated (throws, Kuerig, icemaker, etc). Mardi Gras events on Orange Beach & in the Wharf area were an unexpected highlight we enjoyed immensely!

Fernhill was our best experience in over 10 years of coming to the gulf. The house had everything we needed and more. Obviously the views were incredible, but the little extras made it special. The beach equipment, brand new boardwalk with hose and comfortable deck furniture all contributed. We hope to find our way back soon.

This condo was perfect for two of us. It had everything we needed and was really close to the state park which was wonderful as we love to walk and explore.
We got very familiar with the area. There are various restaurants, places to shop, an outlet mall not too far, The Wharf, pickleball courts about 15 min away, churches close…. It’s a great location.

Stayed in the Caribbean in Gulf Shores for two months. The staff at Bender Realty are so helpful and knowledgeable. We felt at home while dealing with Michelle and she helped us so much with our reservations starting from the beginning to the day we left. The condo is located directly on the beach with some of the most beautiful sunsets and sunrises. The condo was clean and well stocked with linens. The only downfall is the uncomfortable furniture. The bed was extremely nice and all appliances worked great. Already made plans on our next visit.

This was our second time staying in this unit. It perfectly suits what our desire is for a quick getaway near the Gulf. The communication and support from Bender is thorough and timely. We had one issue while we stayed and contacted the support number. They were incredibly prompt in resolving the issue. We hope to return next year as well.

Amazing customer service! Had a minor issue and they had someone out to resolve it within 30 minutes and followed up to make sure all was good. Will absolutely rent with Bender again!

The condo and scenery was absolutely amazing. The only complaint I had was that the master bedroom and bathroom was still dirty upon check in. Got ahold of someone at Bender Rentals and they took care of it within the hour. Very helpful personal and very responsive. Would definitely recommend to everyone. Will definitely be coming back several more times!

This was a holiday gathering of our family spanning three states, TX, KY, IN. Four grand-children ages 8, 10, 12, 13 and 6 adults. We all had a great time. The Perky Pelican was well suited for our group.

Beautiful condo. Perfect size for just the 2 of us. Clean pools and hot tub, condo was clean other than the dentures that we found under the covers of bottom bunk ( they were not ours). Everything else was very nice. We had a small emergency during our stay and the office staff were very helpful in helping us navigate our extended stay. Would stay at this condo in the future.

This cozy condo was peaceful and beautifully decorated, was very clean and had everything needed for a great stay. The kitchen was nice, had dishes, pots and pans, everything you'd need to make a meal. We especially loved the sunroom overlooking the water. It was close to many restaurants and shops.

It was a cozy place to stay. The house is a perfect size and very nicely laid out. I loved having a washer and dryer to wash clothes before we left. The surrounding area is very nice and close to the beach. Great place!
