Fun place to stay close to the beach. We go to the area multiple times a year. Would definitely stay again.

Property was as listed. Very clean, functional, comfortable and ideal location. Short walk to the beach, close to parks and close proximity to many places to eat. We have rented in Newport for many years and this property is definitely one we'll consider for future stays.

Beautiful unit-very close to beach. Neighborhood was pretty quiet. Parking can be challenging. However I was always eventually able to find a space within a block or two from the house. My mid sized car too large for garage. Pilot light was out in the heater on the first night ( it was very cold!) but they fixed it the next afternoon and it was plenty warm the rest of our stay. Decorated very cute. Comfy beds and couch.

Myself and my friends stayed here for a weekend getaway and this location is truly unmatched! I’m so glad I went with this spot over some of the other local areas I was looking at. You are literally steps from the beach! The home is as pictured. The bathrooms and kitchen seem to be newly renovated, clean and well-kept. It fit my group comfortably and never felt too crowded. Host was responsive and helpful! It really is a quiet neighborhood so do take that into account with your party in mind!

This place was in a great location right next to the beach. Was perfect for our family vacation. Had some troubles with the lock upon arrival but got us a new code and worked for the rest of the trip. Would stay here again!

Great spot. Living room is a bit tight, and one of the bathrooms is not well suited for large set individuals.

Such a lovely beach bungalow! Absolutely perfect for our family of 5! We walked to the beach, enjoyed the patio, and loved the quiet, October neighborhood. The house has everything you need and has thoughtful, little touches to make your visit easy! It is beautifully decorated, the beds are comfortable, and the showers are great!
Highly recommend!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is one of the best rentals we have ever had on the Peninsula! Great location-steps to the beach. Beautifully appointed-comfy beds, updated kitchen & in-house washer/dryer. Would definitely rent this one again!
