Was perfectly located for the wedding we attended . Once we got there , was pretty smooth . Property manager was very responsive .
Place was clean , perfect for a family. Very nicely appointed . Only complaint was Amenity card. Little cumbersome...

Had a great time staying at 1353 Pelican WatchVilla for the Labor Day weekend. It’s the perfect place for a stay with a pup. We put the crab crackers to use!
