Loved our stay on Seabrook. One of our most favorite places. Our family loves spending Christmas together on Seabrook. We booked two places in the Spinnaker's and they are our favorites.

Location and place were wonderful. It would be clearer to list it as a two bedroom. The third bedroom is a sun room with a pull out couch — not really a third bedroom.
