Beautiful home very close to the water. Definitely plan to stay here once a year. There were even some beach chairs and sand toys in the storage bin on the patio.

Overall the stay was great! The location is perfect for walking to the beach or exploring Newport. Having the garage was really helpful since parking can be tricky in the area when it gets busy. Everyone comfortably fit and the house felt clean. When we arrived there was a bit of a unique smell it may have been cleaning products but once we opened up some windows it was fine. My only feedback is to upgrade the sheets, for a lux property they are a bit thin/worn but it was fine for the stay. Other than that everything was smooth and would recommend the place!

We had a great time house slept us all very comfortably. Great distance from the beach to pop back and forth. We did a rate it a 5 star and would stay again. We did wish there were more towels to have as many people as we did staying I would have liked to see more towels and not be using the same two towels all week. The sheets could use an upgrade as well they were rough. The place stayed nice and cool but if you need extra bedding because your cold bring it. There was really no extra blankets or pillows.

We absolutely loved our stay at your beautiful home! The location was quiet, but within an easy walk of the beach, restaurants, shops, and grocery store. We really appreciated having the garage where we were able to fit our 2 cars. The house is beautiful, very well maintained and clean. Our family especially enjoyed the fire pit and roof top lounge space where we made s’mores nightly and enjoyed amazing sunset views. It was also great for laying out in the sun and provided a shelter from the wind. We would love to stay here again. Thank you for a lovely staycation getaway!

Stayed here as a total of 5 adults and 1 child and it was great. It looked exactly like the pictures. Very close to the beach and you can see the beach from the 3rd story rooftop balcony - which is an awesome spot to hangout, make s'mores, and watch the sunset. Kitchen had everything we needed. NB Vacation Properties was very helpful and responsive when we had questions. Highly recommend and we would stay here again!

We stayed with our three grown children that met us in Newport Beach. The house is exactly as described. (Including the construction next door... that was not a big deal at all). There we ample towels and other amenities. Communication with the host was quick and helpful. The only item that we needed help with was the garage door, and they handled it in less than an hour. The location was great and we quickly realized just how much everything was within walking distance.
