great little cozy spot by the beach. the sand is just a few steps away! perfect getaway. neighborhood is quiet and clean. plenty of places to walk to as well.

This place was perfect for our family vacation to Newport Beach. The location is great, the pavilion is right across the street for all your groceries and the beach is just a short walk down the sidewalk so we were able to walk back and forth at our leisure. The house was vintage and charming and that is just our style. We absolutely loved it and I will stay here every time I stay in Newport Beach. Great place!

The place was so cute!! Perfect amount of space, old charm and close to the beach!! Balboa Blvd is a VERY noisy street, but we really enjoyed our stay!!

This was our second time staying here. And the location is excellent- steps to the beach- morning walks with surfers, dolphins, sandpipers, and pelicans. Beautiful sunsets. We love the original beach bungalow style, reminds us of Olde Newport.

This beach house is charming… a bit older, but spacious, easy to access and perfect for our trip. We couldn’t get maintainence out one day, but we left the next… the first day we needed them they were super fast.

It was clean. Easy. Great location. Perfect. Not fancy but more than enough to hang with family go to walkable restaurants and go to the beach 3 minutes away

This original Newport Beach cottage has the charm of a last century beach vacation when things were slower and simpler. You can walk barefoot to the beach, directly down the block on the sidewalk. The sand, ocean, seabirds and dolphins are all right there. We collected shells and drank our coffee on the beach.

Great time and cozy house. Very charming. I was disappointed about not having a washer dryer but the laundromat across the street is great and clean. Parking was not a problem this time of the year.
