We loved how close it was to the beach and grocery shopping. Older home but we really wanted it for the beach access.

I love how upfront and honest they are about this rental. It’s an older home with small bedrooms but it’s also full of charm. There’s no A/C or dishwasher but I felt that the living room was actually spacious with 2 couches and multiple chairs plus a sun room. We opened all the windows and had fans and never had a problem (3rd week in June). It is so convenient to be across from the grocery store! Right there you also have Sanchos Tacos and 15th St Surf shop to rent beach gear from. It’s a short walk down to Newport Pier at 20th St to a ton of shops and restaurants. We barely got in the car the whole time we were there. It was an amazing. Just know it’s an older house with some quirks but it’s awesome! The porch is great for beach gear and hanging out. I loved that it was single story. We weren’t worried about neighbors above or below us. It was also really nice to have 2 bathrooms which most places at this price would never have. It’s an incredible value for the area!! We loved it!

great little cozy spot by the beach. the sand is just a few steps away! perfect getaway. neighborhood is quiet and clean. plenty of places to walk to as well.

This beach house is charming… a bit older, but spacious, easy to access and perfect for our trip. We couldn’t get maintainence out one day, but we left the next… the first day we needed them they were super fast.

Great time and cozy house. Very charming. I was disappointed about not having a washer dryer but the laundromat across the street is great and clean. Parking was not a problem this time of the year.

We had a 2-year-old, and it was quite the challenge being a corner house on a busy street and had to stack chairs to block patio opening.But.... for the price point, it worked out our stay was most excellent.
