Cleanliness, size of condo, proximity to beach.
We had a few smokers in our group and were not made aware of where to smoke. Maybe include that in your welcome letter.

The pictures didn't do the condo justice. It was nice and spacious. The view was great and the walk to the beach was very short. We loved it's proximity to the many attractions.
