Location was excellent, condo was clean, and enough room for a small family. The appliances need updating but other than that would stay at Beach Colony 614 in the future.

We had a wonderful time at A Place at the Beach. The condo has all updated amenities, sits on the beach and has two pools on site. Plenty of room and fun for our family of four. We will definitely be back!

Great location - fully stocked with all your needs in the kitchen. Loved being next to the pool, especially with 4 little ones. Easy walk to the beach - close to food. Easy check-in and check-out! Close proximity to Apache Campground made...
