We have stayed at the Sanderling three times over the last several years but sadly, it is in poor shape. The furniture and carpeting are in dire need of replacement.The location is excellent and the size is perfect for my family of 6.

MY FAMILY HAD ANOTHER GREAT YEAR AT THE BEACH, THERE WAS THIRTEEN OF US AND PLENTY OF ROOM FOR EVERYONE. THE GRAND KIDS LOVED THE PRIVATE POOL AFTER THE BEACH. A BRAND NEW PRIVATE BOARDWALK TO THE BEACH WAS NICE. THANK YOU BEACH REALTY

The house was not in rental shape at all. Very disappointing as we never had this experience in any other rental through beach reality.

Old nasty carpet , Stained and dirty furniture in living room.Two moldy shower curtains and no ice maker in refrigerator. Bed slept good, ac worked great

We enjoyed our stay at the beautiful beach housein a great location. The maintenance and adminstaffs are excellent. The refrigerator could be updated. Looking forward to return next year.
