Great place for a weekend girls trip -- we loved the spacious shared spaces, large pool/hot tub and backyard and all the amenities. But what really set this place apart was the quick and helpful responses from the team. Thank you for providing proactive and helpful communication throughout our stay!

The house was quintessential midcentury modern! The location was great- very quaint and quiet neighborhood. Definitely within easy driving distance of downtown but we also walked to and from downtown one day. It was a bit of a trek but fun to look at things along the way including the eclectic but fascinating Robolights! We had an electrical issue at one point but the host was very responsive and sent someone out right away to fix the issue. Only complaints were the beds and pillows were not very comfortable and the hot tub had some rust that was dripping down into the water in addition to sand so we had to clean it up a bit before getting in.

We had a wonderful stay at this home! It was beautiful, trendy, and very Palm Springs. The beds were comfortable, the living spaces were well-appointed, and it was lovely sitting by the pool when we could. Overall, the property was terrific, and we would absolutely stay there again!

Loved this house! It was clean and beautiful! Lots of space. It was a perfect place for a bachelorette weekend. There are some things that would have been nice to know before staying here. First, there are signs that say absolutely no music or loud talking outside around the pool area or else you will be fined $500. Seems a bit extreme. Second, there was no instructions on how to work the spa heater. However, when I contacted the host company they sent somebody out right away to help which was nice. but, that could’ve been avoided if they just had some instructions Also, there were no wash cloths in the whole place and not enough towels. All pretty minor things, overall our stay was great and this place was awesome.

The No Reservations home is perfectly located, plenty of space and an exquisite yard with hot tub and pool. Our group loved the home and will absolutely consider staying again.
