This place was perfect for our girl's trip. Plenty of room to spread out or gather together. Walkable to downtown Palm Springs. Close to a a great bakery/coffee shop. Only hiccup was the dryer did not work but after we contacted them they were immediately on it. A repairman was out within a couple of hours. (This was on a weekend) Appeared to be an electrical issue that was not able to get fixed in time before we left. After the repairman left I promptly got a call from ACME apologizing for the problem and that they would have housekeeping pickup our wet clothes to have them dried and returned back the same day. Appreciated the offer and quick response. Would definitely stay there again and would look at other properties by ACME because of how they handled the dryer issue. No complaints from the six of us that stayed there.

Really great, the house was very cute and comfortable. We had an event at the convention center and it was super quick to get to. Quiet and lovely. Rooms decorated really nice. Nice supply of kitchen gadgets for everything. Garbage cans in every bathroom which was very nice accommodation. Responsive with a minor need and respectful clearly marked staff came quickly to address it.
Too bad this one is for sale we would book it again for next conference next year!

GREAT location. BEAUTIFUL home & SUPERB layout. Group of 8 ladies celebrating a milestone birthday.
Had challenges entering property with codes—responded right away.
Garbage /recycling bins full from previous guests-responded immediately.
2 Dishwashers not working-responded immediately—-they were not plugged in (perhaps cleaning crew unplugged for a deep clean underneath sink??)
Requested upgrade for pool heat-WORTH IT to use in January.
Felt safe. EXCELLENT communication.
We played cards, put puzzle together, charcuterie, swim, hot tub , lounge…
Would stay AGAIN
ABSOLUTELY PERFECT space for our celebration occasion & enough room for the various personalities 😉

Beautifully designed modern house, quiet neighborhood with amazing view of the mountains. The spacious kitchen and living spaces and layout with en suite bedrooms made for a lovely stay. Fabulous outdoor pool area.
Unfortunately several things in the house needed some TLC and more focus on maintenance. The pool heater also broke on our last day, despite best efforts by the pool repair technician.
Additionally, it was unclear which door to access to get into the house, and the doorcode never worked. We finally used the keys from the lockbox to get inside, with great help from the after hours answering service.
Overall we had a very nice time in this beautiful house - just a few glitches that kept this from being a five star experience.
