Very clean, excellent location with lovely pool. The condo is in a great location, very close to lots of shops, restaurants, activities only a couple blocks away. The unit is very thoroughly stocked with all you need.

The house was perfect, and the pool table/bocce court were added bonuses that made our trip more fun. I can’t say anything negative about the property or the property management company. Communication was great! However, there were a lot of things not working when we arrived. The concierge met us and was friendly, but he was unable to fix anything or handle contacting maintenance on our behalf. We were able to let ourselves in, and we ordered our own supplies for the house. Though it’s nice to be greeted, I would do away with the concierge or have them provide some services. Or call them “greeters” to avoid false expectations. That said, once the maintenance guy showed up, he was great! Fixed everything quickly and was professional. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends!

The star of the show for us with this property was the fabulous large salt water pool and beautiful fire feature. All the bedrooms were large and well appointed - one note is that there is a large king suite at one end of the house - but oddly it only has a half bath - so you have to walk across the house to share a shower with one of the other bedrooms. It didn’t bother us as we didn’t use that bedroom but may be bothersome if you are using all 4 bedrooms. We would definitely rent the house again and look forward to doing so next year.

Highly recommend the Mellow Yellow house. Easily accommodated five adults comfortably. Although the house isn't exceptionally large, everything is laid out in a way to allow privacy for multiple people staying at a time. Amenities such as the pool, hot tub and outdoor grilling area were top notch. Easy access to the local Albertson's grocery store. Only con (and this has nothing to do with the house) is the local ordinance forbidding outdoor music of any kind. However, ACME's staff did an excellent job of informing us multiple times of the city ordinance.
