Dissapointed and grossed-out on the first days of our 2 weeks stay at Modern Luxe in Palm Springs. - the location worked -Good quality grocer and many other services within a very short walk. - Thought the home layout was great and it looks great. - Furnishings + equipment were quite good and operational - wish we could have had use of the wall safe in master suite - wish the windows were clean. currently visibly dirty, from 5-6 to the 11' ceiling - wish we couldve had a floor cleaning mop/swiffer as the vacuum cleaner does not work, leaves everything behind. -Disappointed that following our request for some kind of floor cleaning tools via telephone with one of Acme's live agents 2 days after our arrival and by email a few days later, we received no follow-up and nothing to help keep your place clean! - could use small towel bar for facecloth at each end of vanity in master bath - Would be really practical to have some lighting at the bbq at night you cannot see the grill. - found no outdoor container for food recycling - Jacuzzi was not working and did not get warmer than the pool as told. Last, most disturbing and reason for low rating: The mattress cover on master bed was disgustingly dirty with countless fresh seamen stains which we discovered within a few days of our arrival when we wanted to wash the sheets. following our putting it through a heavy wash cycle, it came-out white and clean. Quite disappointed that following Acme's acknowleging receipt of our email making them aware of this gross finding, we did not get any response from them! NOTHING! from anyone there. dissapointed anf grossed-out.

Loved the home. Pool area is wonderful and well lit outdoor area.

The yard was incredible! Beautiful private pool and Jacuzzi heated really nice and warm. The yard was definitely the highlight. And there was Grass for my dog. She was so happy. The neighborhood was great for walking.

This is a really great place to stay, good location, easy in and out, keys and codes work, pool well tended to and nice on a sunny day. Probably the standout thing for us, since we use it a lot, was the kitchen--the knives were sharp, the appliances all worked, there were utensils for cooking and consuming food, easy peasy! For all you who have stayed in lots of airbnb's and the like, you know that a fully functioning kitchen with everything you need in working order is..well, it's unexpected and decidedly nice. Plus, two decks, am/pm. There is noise from Ramon but really only noticeable when out on the decks. All in all, a nice stay and Acme House was there to smooth out any hiccups along the way. thanks guys!.

This darling Spanish home is beautiful and VERY well appointed! We would highly recommend! Interior and exterior spaces are exceptional!

Our family really enjoyed our stay at your home. This property is one of the most
interesting we have rented- the mid-century details are note-worthy and you thought of
everything to ensure a comfortable and relaxing retreat.
I especially enjoyed the “sunroom” effect and the windows lining the back, giving you
immediate visual and physical access to the beautiful spa area and multiple, beautiful
seating areas.
A thoroughly enjoyable experience!
