despite the fact that I spoke to the service team daily, beginning at 1 hr. after my arrival. all i received were broken promises and poor communication and service from the Acme team. I was promised immediate service and support the day of arrival. of course the maintenance team were a no show so i was told that a pool company would show the next day. and of course again the pool company was a no show. i call again, and a service rep comes that evening...and after 3 hours of working on the system, the technician says that there going to need to call a pool company, because it was beyond his ability to repair. so now the 3rd day arrives and of course, there is no service team. There is no pool company, and obviously there's no repair. and all this is not taking place while I am speaking to their customer service team via phone daily. you would think that it would reach out to me to let me know what's not being repaired, but no, it necessitates a phone call on my part every day for info
