The Butterfly Alexander was a huge disappointment rental. We have been visiting Palm Springs for 12+ years and stayed in many short term rental properties and all beautiful and true to the Palm Sorings vibeexcept this one. It is run down inside and out - many elements of the exterior are in need of repair. The inside needs a good cleaning and repainting. The primary bedroom mattress was terrible and folded our travel guests up like a sandwich; pool towels were old and dingy; the heating we paid extra for was not turned on until we called to inquire about how to make the heated spa work. Some of the neighboring properties are also run down and not indicative of some of the other nicer midcentury neighborhoods. If youre making your first trip to Palm Springs - dont let this house be your first experience. And if youre making a repeat trip and renting a house - dont let the profile pictures for this one fool you. We overpaid and this house way under delivered.

We had a lovely few days at My Kind of Zen. The home was located close to town, quiet and well equipped with everything we needed. The yard was designed thoughtfully with opportunities for both communal time and privacy. I would definitely stay here again.

Another great stay at Mid Modern Marvel. Love the pool and backyard. And having four rooms, all with King beds, and four baths is a must for our group. Plus great service from the Acme team.

The ACME House is a beautiful vacation home with a lot to offer. Great location in Palm Springs with amazing amenities.
We had issues with the pool heater and their customer service was very helpful to correct the issue ASAP.
We would highly recommend staying there.

We had the best time hanging out at this house! So much so that my kids didn’t want to leave to do anything else. The backyard is a dream and the pool/hot tub were perfect. Loved the lighting at night so we could continue to use the outdoor space after dark.

Had a great stay and would recommend for other guests!
