We enjoyed our stay at Lenas Hideaway! ACME staff was very responsive. We had issues with the hot tub multiple days. ACME was able to restart it remotely each time by sending them a text. Would highly recommend short term rentals through them & will use them again.

The lost Palm oasis home was a great place to stay. Me and my family throughly enjoyed the outdoor area. It has everything you need to enjoy the Palm Springs sun! The primaries with their en-suite bathroom are the better of the four rooms. The other two rooms run a bit warm which make them perfect for those that run a bit cold. The living room with its floor to ceiling glass doors allow you to be indoors while maintaining a visual on everything going on outside. Our dog Beau also enjoyed his stay!

Absolutely awesome house and location. The yard is gorgeous with so many cool plants. Better than described.

Overall a very good stay. The property was extremely clean and well organized (no clutter or excess junk in kitchen cabinets, etc). Beds were very comfortable. It's starting to show signs of wear and tear, especially the carpet in the primary bedroom which was severely stained and buckling in places. One little glitch is that we had no water when we checked in (the landscapers were working on a pipe and did not coordinate with the management company). We were also without water for an hour the next day, but stuff happens. Also, one of the chaise lounges ripped through when we sat in it. The management company said they would bring a loaner but they never did. The pool area was a little cramped but there was a very nice firepit and good furniture. For the price point, pretty solid choice overall. Would probably look book something a bit more expensive next time for a more luxe experience.

Nice house in a convenient location, but thermostat was locked to prevent setting the AC below 74 degrees. I had to negotiate to get the limit lowered to 72, and they ignored my subsequent request to lower it to 70. Especially annoying because this restriction wasn’t noted in the listing. I understand the Palm Springs best can be hard on AC units, but I’ve stayed at numerous other Airbnbs in the area without this restriction.
