Great experience and great house for our relaxing weekend in the pool. Backyard is great for pool time, and dining and hanging out. City Rules do limit the playing of music outside, unfortunately, but that's the same for all vacation rentals in Palm Springs. Inside is well appointed and thoughtfully laid out and stocked. Great location close to downtown, but quiet neighborhood for relaxation.

Reviewer Comments: Upon arrival the house was spotless, the air conditioner had been turned on(the house was a cool 74°) the house was well-equipped and comfortable. The location was perfect, wonderful restaurants within walking distance. The management company provided excellent service. When we arrived I had noticed a little debris in the swimming pool from the night before, I made one phone call and left a message, they had a pool cleaning service out to clean the pool by the end of the day. They cleaned the pool on the daily basis. Our activities consisted of, lying in the pool, eating, playing Rummy cube and just having a wonderful time. The neighborhood was very quiet and that was very appreciated. I would recommend this house to anyone that wants to relax and have a great time.

We absolutely loved this property! The house and grounds were very clean and had everything we needed. We practically lived in the pool, which is the perfect size for a family of four adults to swim and relax. The outdoor space has lots of comfy furniture, and the outdoor bar area was perfect for eating all of our meals. Arrival and departure were easy with the codes we were sent. The kitchen had a lot of nice amenities, especially the pink small appliances. We would definitely stay here again.

This property is very family friendly! The pool shelf and grass area are very nice to have for the young kiddos. The only thing this property doesn’t have that would make it much more comfortable is a mister system. We stayed during 116+ temps and you could not be outside without being in the pool.

Lovely stay, pool and spa was all I could have asked for and more. House was quite warm at night, I’m not 100% sure the ac was fully working. Overall would definitely stay here again.
