The house was beautiful, clean, well taken care of, and very private. All of the bedrooms were huge and having private bathrooms in all of them was very convenient. The location was excellent - close to the airport and only a few blocks from lots of restaurants and shops. The staff was friendly and responsive to any questions and concerns. My biggest complaint would be the noise restrictions. We weren’t throwing a party or anything crazy, we just like to have some background music. But we were told we could not have any music playing outside or we would risk a fine and eviction. Other than that, we had to be careful about leaving food out otherwise it’d be swarming with ants and the igniter on the stove was malfunctioning. Minor issues though. Overall a great house as long as you don’t mind keeping the noise down outside.

This place is amazing! Great decor, the kitchen is well-appointed, and the location is perfect. We cook a lot so having all the bells and whistles was great. They went beyond when stocking the kitchen with gadgets and applicances. The backyard was great. The pool was shaded for some of the day which was really nice. Who does not love the Palm Springs sign on the back of the house?! The garage is air-conditioned for a great game of ping pong too. The property management company was flexible and communicated very well. We come out every year and we loved this house!

This was a perfect place for a family get away.

Such an adorable house!!! V clean and the master suite is insanity! Pool stays quite warm as it is a bit on the shallow side but the water feature is soo cute (when it works!) had to have the pool tech out to get it working and we continued to have issues w it throughout the weekend but whatevs. The entire home is very private and fenced in so great for pups! The neighborhood is gorgeous! Loved our stay.

This vacation rental had everything we wanted for our stay in Palm Springs! Pictures were very accurate, highly recommended for those who want a quiet getaway.

House is amazing, stocked with pretty much everything you would need and more. Beds are super comfortable! Pool and outdoor area also great. Not really a bad thing to say about the place other than the AC doesn’t travel well to the bedrooms but they didn’t get too hot
