Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves at the Reeves Garden House. It’s handled by a rental company & they were great. This home had everything we needed to stay@home the entire time we were in Palm Springs. Neighborhood was very quiet. Outdoor pool area was vast and relaxing with enough shade provided in certain times of the day, even over the pool. The dog even enjoyed the small grass area. The separate entrance casitas guest bedroom was a neat surprise. And so was the available 1 car garage to keep the car shaded. Our first time booking on VRBO was great!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had rented the Reeves Garden House to spend Thanksgiving in Palm Springs. Although we had experienced some trouble with some of plumbing, Acme was very responsive to fix the issues. They were even willing to come within 20 minutes of when we called on Thanksgiving night to fix a broken faucet. They even provided a nice little gift for us to compensate for the small issues we had with the house. The house is great and located in an awesome neighborhood that is very nice for walks.

We have experienced lots of rentals in lots of places. The Palm Springs Acme House rental experience was as good as we’ve ever had. Highly recommended.

The fire pit was great however the instructions for getting it started included an automatic starter which was not present so had to work out how to light it with a match. We had a chilly rainy day which begged for the indoor fire but on no account could we get it started despite studying the manual-disappointing.
