We absolutely loved our stay here. The kitchen was fully stocked and there were lots of extra linens. The place was super clean, designed beautifully, and everyone slept well because the beds are high quality. So happy we booked this place for a week! It’s close to the grocery store and restaurants which was convenient. They kept in communication with us and were able to accommodate late check out.

Beautiful, clean property located across from a golf course on a quiet street. Kitchen is fully-stocked kitchen, beds are comfortable, and the back yard is beautiful. The large, walk-in pool provided a great escape from the heat. Would definitely rebook this property.

Sparking clean, well stocked in terms of linens, hangers, kitchenware, laundry needs including a basket in each room for soiled clothes, and wide array of outdoor living items. We love the indoor/outdoor lifestyle and this home absolutely caters to that. The pool is very large, clean and felt perfect at their 85-degree heated recommendation. There are lounge chairs on both sides so you can easily relocate from morning sun to afternoon sun (or hide from it under one of the various umbrellas). Great lawn for the kids to run around. Totally private. Comfortable beds. Reliable WiFi for multiple video users. Less than 10 minute drive to downtown or flat sidewalks to bike there. I would have booked this again for spring break but it was already booked out. If you are considering this property, book it now!

Property and space are really nice. Definitely had some character that made it more unique. We stayed during November and the placed seemed really clean with notes regarding cleaning procedures for COVID. We had 4 couples and were worried a little about only have 2 restrooms but it was never really an issue. The rooms were perfect and comfortable memory foam mattresses. Great place to stay and rated 5 stars but just be aware of the noise restrictions/warnings. We werent there to throw a party and just getting away from LA to relax. Multiple written warnings about noise and music by the pool. Neighbors have a 24/7 hotline to report noise. If they can hear it, they will report it. I was told that I couldn't even play music on a small bluetooth speaker next to the pool. When we checked in via phone, they warned us again and said cops will ticket without warning and we would lose the rental. This definitely worried us and scared to even keep the sliding door to the outdoor area open. This basically closed off the space from the living room to the pool area. Not sure if we were being over-cautious but their warnings created some anxiety and we weren't about to test it as we were staying for 4 nights. So just keep that in mind for the type of trip you are planning. Other than that, it was a great place.
