I stayed here with my wife and our two small kids and my 70 year old parents. The house was lovely and clean and spacious. The showers were amazing. Note: for people with small kids there isn’t a bath tub. We loved the outdoor space and the pool.
We did have two issues. One was the pool/hot tub. They weren’t usable for 24 hours due to being dirty from high winds and mechanical issues with the filters. The hot tub also never got warmer than a hot bath temp. My kids loved that temp though so I suppose alls well that ends well.
The 2nd issue was communication with ACME. They are super accessible both by text and phone. Which is great! But because they have a lot of people on staff it seems like the left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing. This resulted in mis communication with the people who came to fix and clean the pool. And cleaning staff showing up before our departure time.
Overall though I would definitely return! And i thought ACME did a good job stocking the house and having it cleaned before we arrived. The house made my parents fall in love with Palm Springs vacations so that to me makes it a 5 star stay!

We met our adult children for a long weekend in Palm Springs. The house was just what we wanted, room for the four of us. An open area and large kitchen to gather in at the start and end of the day. A pool that was just perfect for relaxing in at the end of the day. The manager was excellent before during and after or visit.

My wife and I stayed four nights and enjoyed every minute. The house is well decorated, yard was immaculate and super private. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, but if you want to use the hot tub make sure you turn it on well before you want to get in, it seems to take a while to heat up. Great stay!
