So nice for just the two of us and private soaking pool and hot tub.

We recently stayed at Elevista and it was the best rental we've enjoyed in PS to date. The house was immaculate, the property management service attentive and we loved every last minute of it. We have two boys, 10 and 11 and the pool provided lots of entertainment and there was enough room for everyone to spread out comfortably. The location of the property is close to everything: grocery stores, restaurants, airport which led to a very relaxed stay. We'd have no hesitation in rebooking and look foward to returning again soon!

We were so comfortable at this home. It was a family spring break trip with grandparents and a teenager. The rooms were all so comfortable, the living room and dining room great for card playing and tv watching, the kitchen well stocked for cooking utensils, a wonderful grill on the patio - and the lovely, lovely backyard, of course! The pool and spa were refreshing, the different seating areas so pretty, and we are every meal at the outdoor table. The property managers were very clear and timely in their communications and had a great book of house information. We had zero issues to raise with them however. The Palm Springs noise rules meant it was all very peaceful and restful! It’s a quiet part of town.

Clean, easy to check in with coded door, looks just like listing, good water pressure, delightful pool with 4 floats, spacious kitchen, great outdoor seating. Down sides were the amount of mirrors; 6 girls in a house, we definitely would have loved a mirror in each room. Management was very clear about no outdoor music after booking but would have liked to know about city ordinance before booking. We weren't trying to jam out or be disrespectful but some chill music by the pool during the day would've really helped set the vibe. Based on the aggressively worded signs all over the house we were too scared to even listen on low volume for fear of eviction. Honestly it was a huge buzz kill. I understand it's a city ordinance but not sure if all rentals in the city are as strict as this or not. Also wish we could have used the hot tub as an actual hot tub but it's not heated and you need a pass code to turn the heat on. Overall, though, really nice place. Close to everything. Walkable to a fair amount and super quick Uber to everything else, including airport . Awesome, well stocked Albertsons just a few minutes walk away. Last day, middle of the night we had issues with one of the individual room air conditioners and the after hours people were super responsive! Oh! And they do have 2 hair dryers which was nice. So two thumbs up but 4 stars based on the "hot"tub and extreme eviction threats for use of outdoor music (people deserve a warning before eviction).

Great pad with a relaxing pool, in a cute area to walk around, close to downtown, great springboard for getting to Joshua Tree.
