Clean house with great vibes, fantastically equipped kitchen and entertainment options (movies, games, bocce, pool toys, etc). Internet was solid enough for WFH and frequent video calling for a few days but died midway through our stay. Multiple router and Eero restarts resolved for a few minutes before speeds dropped back near zero again - it's possible the ISP was throttling and capping traffic. Regardless, we were unable to make video calls or stream from house internet the final 3-4 days of our stay and tethered off mobile data instead. Kids spent hours in the pool and we would stay again and recommend for pool and relaxation, just not great for getting remote work done.

Our group visits Palm Springs a couple of times each year, always staying in a different property. We have wanted to rent Lions Gate on other occasions but it was not available. We were happy to rent it for this trip, and we were not disappointed. Most of the homes we rent are managed by the company that manages Lions Gate and we are always impressed with their attention to detail and customer care.

This is the cleanest rental home we have ever stayed it. (And I’m picky!) The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfortable. The garage was available for us to park in, which was a huge bonus. We will return to this property again.

beautiful location and home. extremely well stocked and furnished. lovely yard that would be perfect for families. extremely comfortable home to cook and relax in, never have to leave but it is very close to restaurants and parks. We were met at check in and ACME was very helpful to orient us to the home.
