Had to rent this Airbnb for my staff because Coachella hotel prices were astronomical. It had everything we needed!
The only issue is the sound ordinance. Sadly its just the part of the area's rules. It would have been a great space to wind down after such long days working at the festival, but the ordinance makes it hard.
Other than that, its totally worth the cost and really helped the team.

At check in, a plumber was in the house with the toilet in the hallway of the home. The plumber was in the house for over an hour after check in. The entire right side of the home smelled like feces. While we understand things like this happen, absolutely no one should have been in the home during our check in time. We were extremely uncomfortable
Additionally, the pool guy came at 10 am on Saturday morning unannounced. Again, we understand that gardeners and pool cleaners could show up during our stay, as is listed in the air bnb listing, but it was rather shocking to see a man in the backyard as we all sat in the living room by the windows in our pajamas. At any other air bnb we've stayed at, we were always given a heads up should anyone come onto the property during our stay. This is not the case here.
Knowing that what we paid for (for a 3 night stay) would get us a week stay at a Four Season's Resort, we're extremely disappointed. It is extremely over priced for the experience.
