The house was wonderful with an amazing backyard with a huge swimming pool.
We had an amazing time living the Palm Springs life.
Definitely a place to stay again.

This house is absolutely gorgeous. I would highly recommend staying here when in Palm Springs.

Modern Luxe is a beautiful property and is exactly as advertised. The house is well named as it indeed offers many modern luxuries both in function and form. It is super clean and well stocked with the essentials. Great for a group of friends or families. The pool is beautiful, the garage is air conditioned and full of games and the bedrooms have big closets and private private bathrooms. I almost cried when I lost the coin toss for the master bedroom! It is that beautiful. If you are looking for a house to have a wild party in this is not the place for you. There are strong noise ordinances in the neighborhood and music and loud conversation outside is discouraged. I didn’t count this against the house as it’s a necessary step they have had to take in other to keep rental homes legal. So I get it. Do yourself a favor and read the house manual they provide. It has lots of good information that will help you navigate the lighting, A/C and shades. I promise it will make your stay even easier. We really had a fantastic time. I would definitely recommend.

Unfortunately this house does not match the photographs it’s old and very rickety. Almost all the showers just have trips coming out of them the air conditioning is not airport for the rooms in some places it’s too cold to mothers it’s too warm. Also the air-conditioner in the master bedroom lights on to the people who are sleeping below it. Issue is we thought you were getting something that we didn’t get in the end

This was a very mediocre property. Downsides include a call the DAY OF CHECK-IN that the pool & hot tub was refinished and we were unable to use the hot tub, AC inoperable the day of check in, shower head in the main bathroom unusable, very dirty floor throughout the house, and a handful of cockroaches in bedrooms found. The house is old but slightly updated just to clear basic needs and standards. When it’s 106 outside and the lowest you can set the AC to is 74, the house never really cools down. Maintenance was responsive. Would not stay again

Runway at Palm Springs house was amazing! We loved the decor, its cleanliness, top quality linens and management was easy to talk/connect with. We really needed a mini-getaway and found it here! We really took advantage of getting some much needed rest, sun, and its great pool/spa. Aside from the noise control issue by the city of Palm Spring--our trip was great! We will definitely come back!
