Our stay was fabulous with the exception of a few details. The house was everything we expected and more. Our first night we experienced a problem outside on the patio that forced us inside rather than enjoy the night. We had huge cockroaches all over the patio. Thankfully they were not inside the house. We called in the morning and pest control was out in a timely manner, taking care of the problem so we could enjoy our patio in the evening. Our nights were bug free moving forward!! On saturday, the neighbors next door trimmed trees and bushes that was annoying hearing chainsaws for a few hours. Thankfully we were not home when they actually had to be in our yard to grab the debris. This problem we know was beyond our hosts control. Lastly, check out would be more helpful to enjoy our last day if we didn't have to be out by 10. Check out should be the earliest 3:00pm and having check in for people be earlier. i.e check in to the house at noon to enjoy the day and check out 3:00pm to enjoy the day. With the current check in and check out times we actually lost 1/2 day at the start and 1/2 in the end. My rating would actually be 4.5 stars. We will be back for sure.

We had an amazing weekend stay at Palm Springs Trousdale! We would definitely stay again!!!

The pictures don't do the property justice...it was a fantastic house and backyard oasis! We loved everything about it.. It was well stocked with everything you would need to have a relaxing vacation both inside and outside. I would highly recommend it.

Really enjoyed staying at the house and the team were very helpful. The house has everything you could need for your stay, thoroughly recommend it. Only marginal downside is that the AC wasn’t quite as cold as we wanted but it wouldn’t stop up staying again. Thanks ACME.
