We loved the Park Mirador house, and the neighborhood is super cute too! The whole experience of the house exceeded our expectations since it was a new listing and had no reviews, we were going in a little blind. It was PERFECT upscale mid-century Palm Springs designed home. The house has gorgeous updates to the kitchen and bathrooms. Kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, and filtered water ready for us. Layout of the pool and hot tub was great - you get partial shade on one side of the pool, which is perfect for super hot days. We had six adults and it was very comfortable. The day we arrived we had trouble turning on the hot tub, and ACME was so fantastic, they were very responsive, walked us through it and solved that quickly. On the day we were heading to the airport, one person forgot their phone in the house after we locked up, and we called ACME and they remotely unlocked the house and saved the day! I would definitely stay here again, and I will always book through ACME now on my PS trips.

We've stayed at several homes in Palm Springs over the years and this house was by far the best. The backyard is fantastic. The kids loved the pool and the hot tub was very easy to operate. The home is super spacious and comfortable and we loved the decor. The pool table was a nice addition and kept the kids occupied. I have to admit that I was a bit skeptical of all the positive reviews before I booked as I sometimes feel that too many glowing reviews becomes a bit suspicious, however, as soon as we walked in the door my mind was put at ease. You can tell that ACME wants you to feel welcome when you first walk in. We hadn't rented a house managed by ACME before this trip and I was very happy with their overall level of service. They were very easy to get in touch with and very professional. I would definitely rent a house managed by this company again. Once last thing, the location of the house was great. Super quiet neighbourhood with no traffic.

The Pretty in Pink House is just perfect. Beautiful. Well located. Super Quiet. Fully stocked for any situation. Totally comfortable. Easy to access. The ACME team thought of everything. Acme is a quality operation. Never waited longer than 10 minutes for a call back. One issue with the refrigerator and repair person was there within 20 mins. Roadwork around the property was frustrating and meant that we couldn’t leave for a day, and the team would not really address it - but I can’t fault the house or the place in general. Paradise Splash is a great choice, especially if multiple families are staying together. (Note sun leaves the pool area by 1pm)

I stayed at the West Elm Pool House for 2 weeks. This is the best house we have rented in Palm Springs. It is clean and spacious with a separate cassita for guests that want or require more privacy. The pool and hot tub are great. There is some shade during the day around the pool. The appliances all worked great and this house is very centrally located, it is about a 4 minute drive from the middle of downtown and a equal time drive to Albertson's. The a\c works really well and house is well appointed with lots of kitchen and bbq utensils. We love the neighborhood, as it is fairly quiet and 2 blocks away from Ruth Hardy park.
