Positive Responsiveness, Value

Very responsive rental company. Movie Colony Palms was very clean and well equipped. Any issues we had were dealt with fast and without hassle. I will rent from ACME again when we return to Palm Springs.

Great service and one of the best rentals I've stayed in

Come Fly with Me is an awesome house with great amenities! We experienced an issue with the dishwasher and the staff at ACME, were great to deal with, we had a repair person there with in roughly an hour and stayed until the issue was resolved. We will definitely be renting again based on this experience.

We stayed at "Caballeros" in Palm Springs October, 2021. We understood that it was newly remodeled and we were the first guests - and lucky to be ! This is one of the best AirBnB's we have ever rented! Acme was responsive and professional. All the details to make the place comfortable had obviously been thought out. The place was quiet, bed and sheets so comfortable, shower temperature and pressure good, quality towels and linens, good TV and channel choices, comfy couch, and very nice well equipped kitchen. The location was also amazing - close to downtown and easy to take off to other places in the valley. One of our favorite things is the PRIVATE plunge pool and hot tub. How fun! We didn't want to leave. Will definitely be looking for Acme managed properties in the future and this one any time we're visiting Palm Springs!

The House of Stardust was absolutly perfect. We loved our stay!
