I thought the house was great and ACME was very responsive to all our request. It was fully stocked with cookware and state of the art appliances.

Loved my stay at Modern Luxe in Palm Springs! The pool and hot tub are fabulous and the house is out of this world. It feels like the entire home opens up to the outside and I found myself finding new areas each day to relax, read, nap, or just have a glass a wine and stare at the beautiful view. I had one issue with the control for the smart home during my stay and they were extremely responsive and by the end of the day it was fixed. All and all I would love to return to this home.

Arrival was a bit hit-n-miss. We had trouble some with the entry gate code, and the public bathroom code near the pool never worked. Acme needs to update that part of their guest package. Otherwise, everything about Double Down Hideaway was perfect. Thanks for a lovely week. Very clean, very quiet, very nice kitchen. This location is very good for urban walkers! J. We had a GREAT time staying at Three Amigos Ranch. The house had plenty of room for the 8 adults that stayed. The kitchen is very well stocked with a variety of dishes and glassware, cooking and serving tools, and small appliances. There were plenty of beach towels to enjoy the wonderful pool & hot tub out back and the fire pit was a great way to end our evenings. Because of a wind storm before our arrival there was a bit of a pool problem with leaves clogging the filter when we got there, but ACME was wonderful to work with and had it up and working within the day. They were very responsive and professional and I would not hesitate to work with them in the future. We had so much fun we are already planning our next visit!
