We will be back - same property a must!!

We had such a blast at this place. Everything you could think you might need for a holiday was there. Even BBQ Skewers. ACME the managing company texted me a lot telling me to reach out if there ever was an issue, and though there was nothing big, I did text about some maintenance stuff and never got a text back, which was just kinda funny based on how many times they texted me to text them with any issues. Oh well! Luckily never had anything big go wrong.

We rented this property for a week long girls getaway in October, and had a lovely time. The house was as expected from reading the online information and the photos provided. We would all recommend this property to others, and would certainly stay here again in the future. There were a few items that were not perfect: there is road noise in two of the bedrooms as mentioned in other reviews, the guest shower glass doors were impossible to slide (seemed to be off of their tracks and very heavy), the ice maker in the refrigeration was not good, and there were some lighting issues outside in the evening. Many of the bulbs in the Palm Springs sign were out (makes for a not so great selfie), and the pool lights switched colors every 2 or 3 seconds (not very relaxing). Other than those small items we found the home to be really great. The beds were comfortable (especially the master), there were plenty of towels and they were very soft and fluffy, good internet access, fantastic pool, spa, and fire pit. It's always hard to cook in a kitchen that is not your own, but overall we found everything we needed and appreciated that there were spices, oils and wrappings (aluminum & plastic) available to use. There were also sufficient amounts of soaps (hand, hair, dish, laundry) and lotions throughout the house to use, which is really helpful. We had a great stay and do recommend!

My family and I recently gathered here to celebrate a birthday. This was the ideal house to throw a fun, luxurious and stylish party. We cooked great food in the really well supplied kitchen, we swam outside in the warm saltwater pool and lounged around talking until late at night. The house is stunning. It's extremely well located too. We contacted the management company once when we thought we were missing the pool floats. It turned out they were there all along, but the company was quick to supply new floats and I believe would handle any concern promptly.

The check in process and house management made everything very easy. The house is dated and showing it’s age. The exterior windows were very dirty but the interior was excellent. All in all it is a very comfortable home.

Right from the check in process, where the AC temp was set perfectly, and jazz music on the TV, walking in from the crazy madness of air travel and heat shock (we’re from Canada), we just felt so at ease. The property is wonderful, as described, the property manager texted us right away providing a quick way to communicate and the rest was just great, Other than food, the house is fully stocked with plenty of towels, pillows, blankets, pots and pans. All the reviews say the bathrooms are outdated - this is true - but totally functional. Super clean and organized. Great stay, thank you!
