Great location, close to downtown. Private back yard, quiet neighborhood. Excellent service--we couldn't get the hot tub to heat up very quickly and someone came to fix it within the hour, at 8 pm!

We had an amazing stay in this home. The arrival and check in was very simple. The host has clear instructions on everything how to use all the appliances and spa. The host was responsive when we did have questions. The home is beautiful and very clean. The neighborhood is very quiet and just what we needed for a relaxing stay in Palm Springs. We had everything we needed and would definitely stay here again.

Had a wonderful stay at this property in Racquet Club. Great location to parks, downtown Palm Springs, hiking and golf. Sunny backyard pool and hot tub area were the highlight. House was comfortable and more than adequate but showing age. We missed the fun Palm Springs decor and bright colors. We stayed for 5 weeks and partially lived out of our suitcases as there are NO dressers or shelves and not even a closet in the master bedroom. All that being said, we would rent here again.

Lovely PS home to have experienced for 16 nights could of easily stayed another 16 !
Peaceful and safe
Only noise was the planes in the morning but nothing major and the local beautiful mocking birds in the palm trees waking you up with their songs
Outside space is perfect pool o/s bbq and fire pit all at the back with the amazing view of the mountains
Which is lovely to watch the sun going down !
TVs bit confusing but saying that we didn’t really invest a lot of time with the tv.
Lovely comfortable beds
Only thing I missed was a bath tub and perhaps extra wc

Unfortunately, our experience at this villa was very disappointing. The property was not as advertised it was poorly maintained, not very clean, and several amenities were either broken or missing. Communication with the host was slow and unhelpful. For the price we paid, we expected much better. I wouldnt recommend stayin
