The villa at Palm Springs had lots of potential but sadly I got the place very dirty, poll was full of bugs , kitchen was very dirty Communication was very bad, didnt get any help, end up leaving before I was supposed just because my vacation was already ruined

The house was exactly as pictured and had everything we needed for a family of 4. My kids spent so much time in the pool and the beautiful backyard. Great location, close to restaurants and downtown area. Rental company was so helpful and communicative.

Great stay for a family of four + dog (we should have let our kids bring friends - there was plenty of space!). The backyard was incredible and was the highlight of our stay. Easy drive to restaurants - we opted to do take-out and bring back to eat at the backyard alfresco (shade + ceiling fan) dining table. Loved having ample shade and sun options.
Note: one of the bedrooms has a connector door with primary bedroom.
Would absolutely book again.

Had a good stay at 10 palms. Acme was very helpful and responsive. The outdoor is gorgeous. The home is comfy and has everything we needed.

What a great stay! The pool and hot tub made this a wonderful trip. We did a fair amount of eating in and the kitchen was stocked perfectly. Anything we went looking for - bottle opener? Blanket? TP? - was right in a logical place. We had a little earthquake while there and they were quick to respond when I checked in with what to do. (And they were polite when I asked something that was clearly obvious in the home manual, hah.)
The master bed is super firm and the sprinklers go off at 6am. As a light sleeper I should have traded rooms with one of my teens - the other rooms face a different area! Was not a big deal, I always sleep light.
Very private space, very comfortable for our family. We enjoyed the games and the second living area was good for us too. Lots of room to spread out.

The master bed is super firm and the sprinklers go off at 6am. As a light sleeper I should have traded rooms with one of my teens - the other rooms face a different area! Was not a big deal, I always sleep light.
