The place was better than the pictures in my opinion. Very comfortable beds, roomy common areas, and that backyard…. WoW!! Gorgeous and even had the colorful birds that visited every day. It was also in a great location and really close to the main strip with great shops and restaurants (Tac/Quila is a must try). This place was perfect for cooking and relaxing by the pool with our friends on our annual trip together.

We really enjoyed our stay in Palm Springs. The views of Gorgonio are gorgeous and the yard is amazing. I brought my dogs and they loved being able to run around the whole property. We paid to hear the pool and it was totally worth it. Beds were comfy, quiet neighbors. Back tv room was hit with the boys. It would be nice if we could open some of those doors in the tv room is all. All around a great place and Acme did a great job. They are very professional and I really appreciated the good coffee and dog toys. 5 stars

Pros: as pictured, great amenities & coffee, walkable, amazing patio (but sadly all the noise restrictions- which were made clear prior to booking- but they made it hard to enjoy the home). I loved the master shower. The city is close by with lots of shops and restaurants.
Cons: I got so many emails/texts/a waiver/sent my DL, and I even received a personal phone call a few days into our stay about the RULES again making us paranoid we did something wrong. While I am sure that the rules are not the idea of the property management- the quiet times, restrictions on music (even though the house is called Off the Record) and that the music can't even be heard outside, etc. etc make it tough to enjoy. I understand that this neighborhood or city is likely anti short term rentals so renters have to be extremely respectful to the point of not being heard or seen. The doors were left unlocked on the outside- I am assuming to let pool/lawn care in, but just noting that for security reasons.

We had a great time at Lost Oasis…the house is beautiful, very spacious and the backyard is just amazing! We had a few questions and Acme responded right away.
