A solid house. This was a house we would own. We have stayed at plenty of "rentals" and this was by far the best one. It was not a flip house for quick money, these Owners made an investment and it showed. Beautiful kitchen and appliances and most important, everything worked as designed. All the bedrooms were well kept and had proper black-out window dressings. Beautiful well kept backyard and pool area. There were 8 of us that stayed at this house and we were not at all crowded. Plenty of seating and a beautiful fireplace. All of us agreed we would stay here again. Thank you for offering a Home to rent and not a cheap house that was flipped. Well done. Robert and Friends.

It was a very nice home and a lovely place to spend a long weekend. The house was very well equipped and comfortable. Acme was very responsive to minor maintenance request. The house is in the airport flight path so it could be a little bothersome during pool time but not a big concern nor an issue for sleep.

Atomic Ranch House rental...Pool with baja shelf, shade umbrellas, good privacy in back, hot tub, fire pit, updated baths, nice bedrooms..Check, check, check, it has it all! House is more modern, less PS kitsch, designed to give feel of hotel while enjoying private pool to yourself. New AC worked well,newer huge wsher/dryer and all appliances newer & good condition. 2 rooms share bath. Smallest is Jack n Jill style that can be locked from Primary. Large Primary, huge nice shower with tons of water pressure. Well equipped kitchen, even found a tiny screwdriver needed for something. Fridge plays music. Loved all the night lighting on patio & pool, family has big screen TV loaded with streaming apps. Used two big blue chairs for mobile mani pedi/massage service, it was great. Powder bath off family with for pool access. Showstopper is backyard, Star Jasmine vines smelled so good on patio cover. Loved hanging lights, had ceiling fans and even a gas heater. Hit spa button 45 mins ahead of use for the heat to kick on in hot tub but it worked well once going, hot tub has a ton of jet pressure. Pool supposedly heated, could have been warmer when it was 105 out, too cool for 70 degrees. Used table top fire briefly as it was windy that day. Firepit flame was blue & low to ground so that was disappointing. Overall, pool area is fantastic, noise was not an issue. Nice neighborhood, close to lots of restaurants. Would definitely book again & would be hard to book different property with as much as I liked about this one! Great with a small group of friends or family.

The house is lovely, spacious, clean and most inviting. The kitchen was large and was very well appointed. We will definitely stay there again on our next travels to Palm Springs.

We rented the 3rd rock home from Acme. One of the best stays we have ever had. Acme knows how to do vacation rental homes right. Everyone there is so accommodating. From Reservation till the time you leave. This home was unbelievable! It had a steam shower, bidet, electric curtains, chefs kitchen, extra large sliding glass windows for outside living. The best pillows a mattresses. This house was super clean. I feel most vacation homes are dirty. Will be back for sure!!

Great house in Palm Springs! Good location and well stocked with everything you will need. Super comfortable king size beds were a plus!!!
