We three senior women spent three delightful nights at Chi Chi house. It was the perfect location, as we could be parked in downtown Palm Springs within five minutes of leaving the house (we had a car). Each of us had a huge bedroom and our own FULL attached bathroom. Three separate ensuites is very difficult to find. This would also be a perfect arrangement for three couples, as the bedrooms are completely separate from one another in different corners of the house. The entertainment/living/dining space is HUGE and very comfortable. The backyard patio is covered so you can relax poolside and be out of direct sun. The interior decor was like a time capsule from the 50s. We loved it. Original tile and fixtures in mint condition. The house was spotlessly clean and the kitchen (though smallish) was well appointed. We all agreed we would totally go back to ChiChi house.

Nice and clean and quiet. Frequent communications with staff, more than adequate supplies provided. There are a couple of items that need to be addressed, such as: stools and chairs are in need of repair kept us doing constant sweeping of debris falling from bottom of both, Livingroom carpet seems to be in need of cleaning. would stay again

This was a beautiful home and space close to downtown with lots to do. The inside was very clean and you felt right at home. The outdoor area was amazing for pool, hot tub and just lounging around. The neighborhood was really peaceful and we found we rather enjoyed the no music rule. Would recommend.

Good stay overall. Clean, great area, nice pools and tennis court. Well equipped kitchen and very clean BBQ.
The area is nice and quiet and very private but still only a short walk to the main strip.
Only negative was the A/C unit. Every time we wanted to change the temperature, we had to contact the host company who then had to contact the owners as they would not let us have the code to access the AC.
Apart from that, I would highly recommend this place.
