Three individual ensuites for three women, a necessity!!! Perfect at the Chi Chi House. Huge relaxing/entertainment areas. Covered patio deck for poolside relaxation our of the sun, if desired. Spotlessly clean house. Awesome vintage decor. Original tile and fixtures in kitchen and bathrooms in MINT condition. Smallish kitchen but functional and well equipped. Fantastic locatio five minutes or less (driving) from charming downtown Palm Springs restarting, museums, and shopping. Would be ideal for three couples, as all three bedrooms/bathrooms are in separate corners of the house. Will definitely book the Chi Chi House again.

Loved the layout, design and location of this property. The backyard is divine, and kitchen has ample room for cooking etc. the beds were very comfy and plenty of linens. The bathrooms /pipe system could use some real TLC though. I do understand maintaining the charm of an older home, but the bathroom(s) water pressure and faucet systems do not match the price point. Overall lively home and had a great time!

We enjoyed our stay here. Definitely spacious for two people and a dog. Clean house. Didnt find it too noisy either. Coffee shop near by had surprisingly good coffee

House is nice and the property managers were very responsive and helpful. I appreciate there being a well-stocked kitchen, and lots of games!

We three senior women spent three delightful nights at Chi Chi house. It was the perfect location, as we could be parked in downtown Palm Springs within five minutes of leaving the house (we had a car). Each of us had a huge bedroom and our own FULL attached bathroom. Three separate ensuites is very difficult to find. This would also be a perfect arrangement for three couples, as the bedrooms are completely separate from one another in different corners of the house. The entertainment/living/dining space is HUGE and very comfortable. The backyard patio is covered so you can relax poolside and be out of direct sun. The interior decor was like a time capsule from the 50s. We loved it. Original tile and fixtures in mint condition. The house was spotlessly clean and the kitchen (though smallish) was well appointed. We all agreed we would totally go back to ChiChi house.
